Researchindicatesthat boysandgirlsarealmostequallylikely toexperiencebodydissatisfaction. Wheregirlsmightfocus onweightlossdiets,boysareapttoover-exercise,cutsugaror carbs(orboth)fromtheirdietsandbecomeconsumedwiththeir health.

Abalanceddiet

It’sapopularmisconceptionthatboysandmenneed significantlymoreproteinthangirlsandwomen.Furthermore, manypeople(um,boys)believethattheyareproteindeficient andthatextraproteinwillhelpthemtobuildmuscle.
