We follow the sto=ry of the prince and his journey to overcome the obstacles and awaken the princess. In the end, will true love’s kiss awaken the princess, and will the kingdom be saved. Sun 21 Jan Can Bears Ski? Can Bears Ski? is based on the book by poet Raymond Antrobus, Ted Hughes award-winner, who draws on his own experience as a deaf child in a hearing world. With a set inspired by Polly Dunbarʼs stunning illustrations, puppetry and music, Pied Piper Theatre Company and Deafinitely Theatre are delighted to bring this beautiful story to the stage. Ages 3+. Sun 28 Jan Comedy Club 4 Kids Since 2005, the Comedy Club 4 Kids has been getting the best stand-ups, sketch acts and cabaret stars from the international circuit to do their thing for an audience of children (aged 6+) and their families… but without the rude bits! Wed 14–Sun 18 Feb Dear Zoo Dear Zoo the timeless children’s classic book returns to the stage! This production will delight all those who have read the book (both young and old) as it unfolds with child-engaging puppets, music and lots of audience interaction. Ages 2+. Sun 25 Feb Claytime The award-winning Indefinite Articles present their work for the very young: Claytime, a play with clay, where the audience are invited to participate. Each Claytime is totally unique – creating its own world, its own characters and its own stories drawn directly from its young audience. Interactive theatre at its most engaging. Ages 3–6. Wed 28 Feb Kaleidoscope Inspired by research into how a baby’s sense of sight develops and how they instinctively begin to categorise colour, watch as a multi-coloured Kaleidoscope is brought to life for you and your baby.
