Carole is a qualified Meditation Teacher with a teaching methodology of ‘‘keeping it simple.’’ Learn mindfulness, Yoga and Essential Oils to support your daughter’s health. Go on beach and bush walks to reconnect with nature, learn some arts and crafts or enjoy the free time to bond with your daughter.

Balance for Life Retreats provide healthy and balanced meals for guests. Carole is also a qualified Food Coach and will teach you ways to present healthy food choices in a fun way.
