You can tell what is in it, and watch as it’s being prepared.” Everyday at lunch, more than 200 items are available on the buffet. All the traditional Chinese favorites are there, plus some specialties, such as pepper shrimp, “That’s probably the most popular item on the buffet,” said Tian. who prefers the General Tso chicken. “That and the steak”. Steak? On a Chinese buffet? “We have many items you don’t find on most buffets,” Tian explained. “Japanese, Italian, American and Mexican food.” “We serve a spinach here with a recipe from New York,” he said. “People who usually don’t eat spinach, who don’t like it, will come up talking about how good it is.” Some people even ask for the recipe, though Tian encourages them to eat it at the restaurant, to save money, of course. Like most Chinese buffets, there’s a wide variety of desserts and fresh fruit. One dessert stands out. “Our cheesecake is very good.” Tian said. “people can’t get enough of it.” Like the Menu, the customer base at Supreme Hibachi & Sushi buffet is diverse. During the day, it’s mainly professional workers and employees looking for a quick lunch. In the evening families take over, and on the weekend more couples fill the seats. Parties can be arranged during the weekend . However, Tian said, the restaurant is usually to busy on the weekend to give people a private room. We love that our customers talk it up out there about us, Satisfied people have made us popular. “When we began to fix the menu, we tried to decide what to offer.
