Strong Seller's Market

The market has been cooling over time and prices plateaued for a while. Despite the consistent decrease in MAI, we’re in the Seller’s zone. Watch for changes in MAI. If the MAI resumes its climb, prices will likely follow suit. If the MAI drops consistently or falls into the Buyer’s zone, watch for downward pressure on prices.

School Goals

State Goals

Safe & Welcoming Environment

At Jennings Lodge and Candy Lane we are committed to educate and inspire the whole child in a safe, welcoming environment and collaborative community. Our strong focus on academic instruction and social emotional learning builds the foundation knowledge that all students need to be successful. We are proud to host the district's Spanish-English Dual Language Program.

The Oregon Department of Education is partnering with school districts and local communities to ensure a 90% ontime, four year graduation rate by 2025. To progress toward this goal, the state will prioritize efforts to improve attendance, provide a well-rounded education, invest in implementing culturally responsive practices, and promote continuous improvement to close opportunity and achievement gaps for historically and currently underserved students.

Our district strives to ensure all students and their families feel safe and welcome by embedding a focus on equity within all of our professional development offerings and school improvement efforts. We affirm the identity of each student, acknowledge and celebrate differences to create a sense of belonging for each student and promote unity. The physical safety and emotional well-being of all children in the District is paramount.

About Our School BULLYING, HARASSMENT, AND SAFETY POLICIES To ensure a safe and secure learning environment for all of our students, our school implemented the Student Safety Plan. This program works with students, our counselor, school staff, and parents on a case-by-case basis to address conflict between students and to provide counseling for harassment. We host yearly training and discussion opportunities to help students and staff recognize bullying and harassment and provide strategies for intervention. Our Student Intervention Team encourages all of our students to speak up when they see bullying.

Safe & Welcoming Environment

At Jennings Lodge and Candy Lane we are committed to educate and inspire the whole child in a safe, welcoming environment and collaborative community. Our strong focus on academic instruction and social emotional learning builds the foundational knowledge that all students need to be successful. We are proud to host the district's Spanish-English Dual Language Program, ยกTodos Unidos!.

We strive to ensure all students and their families feel safe and welcome by embedding a focus on equity within all of our professional development offerings and school improvement efforts. We affirm the identity of each student, acknowledge and celebrate differences to create a sense of belonging for each student and promote unity. Safe & Welcoming Environment

At Oregon City High School we are working to improve success for all students. Our focus this year will be in our partnership with the Center for High School Success and identifying students who are struggling with grades, attendance, and/or behavior, and creating interventions to help students remain on track. We will continue our work in engaging students in rigorous coursework at all levels, expanding our college-level course opportunities, and boosting our senior college-going rate.

Oregon City High School continues to work hard to create a positive, safe, and welcoming school where each student feels accepted for who they are. We continue to stress the importance of positive relationships between students and staff. Our Student Council has a Unity Committee that focuses on creating new school events that focus on inclusion and diversity. Our Equity Forum continues to provide students an avenue to come together to discuss race and equity topics at our school. We also have two school resource officers and two security staff members.
