Market Action Index

The market has been cooling over time and prices plateaued for a while. Despite the consistent decrease in MAI, we're in the Seller's zone. Watch for changes in MAI. If the MAI resumes it's climb, prices will likely follow suit. If the MAI drops consistently or falls into the Buyer's zone, watch for downward pressure on prices.

Dear Parents and Community Members, How do we create learning communities for the greatest thinkers and most thoughtful people… for the world? A Message from the Principal

It is my sincere pleasure and honor to be named Meridian Creek Middle School Principal! I have been an educator for 15 years, the last five here in the West Linn – Wilsonville School District, and I am thrilled that I can continue my career in this capacity. There is no other place I would want to be! Our new building is well underway thanks to the vision and guidance of our school board, district office personnel, district operations managers and many others. The level of coordination and thought that has gone into and continues to be dedicated to Meridian Creek is impressive and humbling. There is also a great collaborative effort taking place at the middle school level to prepare for four excellent middle schools in the district. We are evaluating current programs, schedules and philosophical approaches to ensure solid educational practices and opportunities for all students in all schools. Meridian Creek Middle School students will have access to rich curricular and co-curricular opportunities similar to the existing middle schools in the district. Along with the physical preparations for the building and the planning for a comprehensive middle school curricular program, we are also working on selecting staff to share in the important work of starting a new school. We are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive culture, and supportive of all students in the learning process. Communication to our community and students is very important to us, and this web page will be one of the main modes of communication. We are also starting to use our list serve for Meridian Creek. Please sign up if you are interested in receiving regular updates about Meridian Creek Middle School. We are honored to welcome your child and family to the Meridian Creek Middle School community. Please contact me if you have any questions. Thank you for your partnership in this important work! Sincerely, Annikke Olson Meridian Creek Middle School Principal
