Slight Seller's Advantage

The market has been cooling over time and prices plateaued for a while. Despite the consistent decrease in MAI, we’re in the Seller’s zone. Watch for changes in MAI. If the MAI resumes its climb, prices will likely follow suit. If the MAI drops consistently or falls into the Buyer’s zone, watch for downward pressure on prices.

Safe & Welcoming Environment

· Build strong relationships with students and their families. · Share expertise. Our staff will support each other’s professional growth. · Increase student growth and achievement. · Promote positive mindsets with our staff, students and parents. · Educate the whole child through rigorous and engaging lessons, K-8 outdoor educational experiences and technology along with social & emotional guidance. · Continue our focus on the importance of strong attendance rates

The Oregon Department of Education is partnering with school districts and local communities to ensure a 90% ontime, four year graduation rate by 2025. To progress toward this goal, the state will prioritize efforts to improve attendance, provide a well-rounded education, invest in implementing culturally responsive practices, and promote continuous improvement to close opportunity and achievement gaps for historically and currently underserved students.

Redmond schools strive to ensure that all students and their parents feel welcome. · We provide bilingual support services for parents whose first language is not English. Interpreters are provided form conferences and meetings. · Important communications sent home through mail, phone, or text are translated for easy access. Additionally, the district takes steps to ensure safe schools through security measures designed to protect students and staff from threats both inside and outside our buildings.

Our purpose is to prepare every student to be Career Ready, College Ready, and Life Ready. We know that by identifying opportunity, expectation and belief gaps for our students we can close those gaps. This work includes the following goals: · 95% of all 9th graders will be on track to graduate by the end of the school year. · 90% of all 12th graders will graduate on time this year. · 80% of our students will be “regular attenders”. · We will continue to expand our AVID Schoolwide efforts to assist every student to become an independent learner.

Redmond School District strives to ensure a safe learning environment for all students by creating a welcoming and inclusive culture. Our school implements a multi-tiered system of support to promote positive, safe and respectful behavior among our students. We actively partner with families to achieve success for all students. This includes encouraging all of our students to speak up when they see or experience bullying or harassment.
