INGREDIENTS:
• 1kg chicken thighs and drumsticks • salt and ground black pepper • 1 tin Chakalaka • 125ml mayonnaise or salad cream • 5ml Illovo Brown Sugar • 125ml milk • 60ml cake flour • 15ml chicken stock
METHOD:
Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease an ovenproof dish with non-stick food spray. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper and place in the dish. In a bowl mix together remaining ingredients and pour mixture over chicken. Bake for about 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve with rice.
