This individual portfolio illustrates the outcome of six weeks group work of public space design proposal for Juta street, Johannesburg. The consequence of group ‘s methodology, overall position is briefly presented in the first part. Regarding current issues, this project contains the climax, interim and placid areas like a appealing music melody. Based on above finding, we formulated five strategies, which is having connection each others. My design proposal was proceeded from creating defensible urban space in Juta Street. Although safety is one of the basic need of human activities, I tried to make interpretation from a effective and more manageable aspect.
