Fantom Editions

Since its outset between Milan and New York in 2009, through the publication of a photographic quarterly and of a series of photobooks distributed in over 20 countries, Fantom has become a reference in the world of contemporary visual culture.​ In 2012, after the publication of 10 issues, the printing of the magazine was discontinued as the project progressed to become a curatorial collective and an internet platform that carries on the investigation of the uses and abuses of photography – as Fantom’s original motto says, while it continues to edit and publish books.
