Ritesh Agarwal, the founder of the company, is really an inspiration for millions of budding entrepreneurs. Being 23 years old, it takes extraordinary skills and talent to earn accolades, that he has quite successfully gained. Coming from a down-to-earth family in Cuttack, his journey to the zenith of success has hardly been a smooth one. The fellowship is designed by Peter Thiel, the founder of PayPal and provided a college drop-out, less than 22 years of age, a sum of $100,000 to pursue a start-up dream. Years went by, and be it fate or destiny, Venkatesh grew up to be an embodiment of passion and zeal that his lineage carried. TURNING OVER A NEW LEAF After 8 years of working with the company, Venkatesh realised that he had to revive his family’s legacy. Little did he know, his struggle was soon to become an indelible option. In 2014, his new-born son was diagnosed with severe rashes, and he wasn’t able to find a proper and natural treatment for the same. Understanding the unavailability, Venkatesh decided to make the oil himself under his father’s guidance. His determination saw fortune! He synthesized a sublime prototype and tested it on his son. The astonishing results not only healed his son but, planted the idea of “Aarshaveda” in his mind as well. The oil was inarguably wholesome. He shared his idea with his family and friends. With a strong emphasis, he finally left his job at the empire once owned by his father and decided to pursue his grandfather’s vision.
