So, I had been in the constant process of rendering effective couple counselling where I would do anything it needed to not let them separate for the sake of the innocent children. My forte has been relationship and emotion management where not only commonalities, but several business tycoons have also been benefited thus far. Additionally, being a therapist my focus has been on helping depressed and drug addicted individuals, for whom, it is almost impossible to emanate out of the situation. we must acknowledge the difference between the conscious and the unconscious mind. As per human psychology, the auto- programmed unconscious mind is formed of past experiences where a majority of information is negative. This auto programming triggers negative emotions within us unconsciously. So, the first step is to train our mind to stay conscious and breathe in order to comprehend people’s mental state that could allow us to unlock the hidden secrets of the universe and relationships.

2. Train yourself to respond not reactReactions only induce negative emotions or energies. Anger, fear, sadness, irritation - are the reactive measures that are triggered by the way people are behaving with us. When you react to a certain behaviour showcased by an individual, you put that person in an emotional and vibrational threat that causes them to react back. Hence, this fact needs our sheer attention that more than 50 % of our programming has already been done way before we came into this world. And as we are evolving from an emotional body to a physical body, our emotional being needs to be nurtured in the first place compared to our physical dimension. Nurturance, touch, love and belonging- are the mandatory needs that should be fulfilled by the biological parents for the comprehensive growth of the human being,” affirms the inspiring luminary. Dr Ramon further explains that when such emotional needs are not met in early childhood, humans start perceiving life as a threat. When parents or caretakers slam their children in a way that they unconsciously pick up the message that they are not good enough or not worthy of love, then all the psychological turmoil starts manifesting in their lives. However, the autoprogramming within us can be altered by consciously addressing our damaging behaviours as we are not meant to be the same way for the rest of our lives. Irrespective of your past experiences or the fetal memory, one can make a difference to one’s life sophisticatedly as the worst thing one can do is to not do anything in this direction and project all negative emotions to other people, scarring them.

To comprehend the deeper psychology of the human mind, we must take a deep dive into some factual information that is vague to a majority of the global population. Basically, there are two types of bodies- the physical body(made up of atoms/ tangible) and the energy body(intangible/ prana body defined by our emotions). Our energy body that is affected by emotional factors is the pre-scripted blueprint of how the physical body will be carved. So, when inside the mother’s womb the energy body will be heavily affected by the emotional environment. This emotional information that we have received from the womb becomes the foundation of the overall psychological structuremanifesting as our genetic and behavioral destiny. “Whatever the psychological patterns- joy, despair, fear, anger, anxiety, etc. - an expecting mother goes through is absorbed by the cells of the fetal body in the form of cellular memory, based on some specific vibrations. Here, Dr Ramon has shed some light on the huge change that is happening in the planet in terms of consciousness. She claims that a phenomenal event is occurring after 26000 years since the evolution of mother Earth. With this event, there is an open invitation to each and every being on the planet to upgrade our vibrations. For instance, she explained that in 2012, mother Earth raised her vibrational frequencies and shifted the axis of her magnetic grid from 3.0Hz to 12Hz- a significant difference! And in terms of dimensional existence, the planet has managed to alter its frequencies from 3D to 5D. Now, it’s quite mandatory for all living creatures and especially human beings to align or resonate with this shift in frequency. In case of any misalignment, the human body goes through immense turmoil like insomnia, depression, anxiety, etc- this is why the percentage of mental disorders has risen rapidly since 2012.

This surge of energy movement was very subtle till 2019 and it was a golden opportunity for mankind to uplift its level of consciousness. However, I have trained several people to make a transitional movement from 3D to 4D and eventually 5D. And the year 2020 was a mandate for the human race to align with the 5th dimension where those who failed to do so, left the planet to be reincarnated yet again from a cleaner slate in the multidimensional space. “This 5th Dimension has some adamant thumb-rule principle emphasising on integrity and authenticity. Hence, who had not been in line with their purpose of life were forced to leave the path they were into and chose the path to show authenticity to their soul. Meaningful life of purpose is what this new-fangled dimension eradicates the need of survival from the human species offering them abundance. Time(a fixed 3D structure that is just an illusion) is not a constraint in this dimension where there will be a lot of fluidity and space is quite malleable. Our non-physical body or spiritual aspect has 99.9999% existential reality whereas our physical existence is only 0.00001%. Thereby, making adjustments to our nonphysical form is imperative to bring abundance to our physical form,” enunciated Dr Ramon. She proceeded to explain that 3D is a limited matrix where humans have several boundaries such as karma- creating one’s present or future reality compared to 5D matrix that offers infinite possibilities. 15
