Sathish Kumar asserted, “Thankfully, the dairy sector being in the essential list, Milky Mist wasn’t seriously affected by the recent pandemic. However, it doesn’t mean that we’re isolated from the market vagaries. Yes, we had to endure a lot of difficulties in procuring milk, meeting farmers, delivering our products to end-users. But, true to the adage ‘when the going gets tough, the tough get going, our team rose to the occasion and delivered the results braving many hurdles.”

“A business that makes nothing but money is a poor business.”-quoted Henry Ford. Other than making insane money, being socially responsible is also a crucial trait of a successful business. raig Federighi, also known as “Mr. Hair Force One himself”, oversees all major development, such as Mac, IOS, and IPadOS. He is positioned as Apple’s senior VP of software engineering. Craig Federighi was working with Steve Jobs at NeXT, where he led the development of the Enterprise Objects Framework (EOF) – it was a software tool for large companies by letting their regular computers connect to the enterprise database. In 1996, Craig started working with Apple when it acquired NeXT. Omni Group Cofounder Will Shipley was working with Steve Jobs at NeXT at the time, and later he wrote that he had not anticipated to like Craig Federighi.

However, not all presentations went well. In 2017, when Craig was introducing Apple’s new face ID feature, it embarrassingly failed to work on the first attempt. Before the event, several people had used the new iPhone. This is why during the demonstration, the face ID asked for a passcode because of several failed attempts, later Craig explained. It’s really embarrassing even it was not a failure. However, Craig headed straight onto a backup phone without being worried. Craig Federighi once mentioned, “We are showing the way to the industry, to the customers, that they can demand more – they should expect more- about the protection of their privacy, and that we can move the industry into building things that better protect privacy”. I would suggest every entrepreneur ensure a focussed R&D procedure to gain better business results no matter how strenuous or expensive it is, as it will be lucrative for a longer run,” affirmed him.

I am an ordinary guy with extraordinary dreams, aspiring to build an inclusive community, says Dileep. He was born in a small town near Hassan, Karnataka, spent a large part of his formative years where English medium schools were non-existent, and basic city benefits like electricity and infrastructure were a blessing.
“It is still considered a privilege at my birthplace for kids to be gifted with bicycles, smartphones, iPad and laptop, to support their learning,” says he. He continues, “ as a kid, I was told that only three professions existed, engineer, doctor or civil services, anything else was not valuable enough to pursue. Yet I dreamt to be different and aspired to become an actor, without support from my family and landed up in Bangalore to explore my options in theatre. Coming from a farmer family, I had to first work to sponsor my dreams. 17 years old, started working as a Housekeeping boy. My family didn’t have much money to afford good institute study so I had to work as a Housekeeping boy & as a security guard. I completed my post-graduation and started working in an MNC company in the Human Resources function. It was this humble beginning that forced me to think beyond how I could help the rural youths to earn and simultaneously complete their education in cities. My noble philosophies pushed me harder to build a successful career and start my own venture. That is how Right Track Corporate Services was born because I decided to wade through the mud. With an initial capital of Rs. 2 lakh, from my savings and with the unrelenting support of my wife Keerthi, we took the risk and ventured into creating employment opportunities for our rural youth. The unemployment rate of Karnataka is approximately 26.3, of which 8.3% are high school and college dropouts.”

Dileep thinks that young people in rural regions confront more problems than their urban counterparts as a broad population category. He says that reduced education and physical resources, very few employment options, bigger and more powerful cultural differences around age and gender, relatively low availability to transportation systems and computer technology, decreased access to health services in general and relatively weak market segments are a few of the factors that pull the rural youth down. But he says that the youngsters in rural areas are extremely motivated and gifted. It’s all in preparation. Many that do not work from home but are required to sit at home due to Corona spend the bulk of their time gazing at a phone or television screen. People can encounter problems such as burning or itching in their eyes as a result of this. This affects not only adults and older people, but also children who spend time on tablets or use laptops for school-related activities. According to recent reports, Computer vision syndrome is an eye condition caused by spending long periods in front of a laptop, television, or computer. “Computer Vision Syndrome affects 60 million people worldwide. Computer vision syndrome or digital eye strain causes burning and prickling in the eyes, as well as dryness, heaviness, redness, and trouble holding the eyes open for long periods”.
Doctors agree that people nowadays spend the majority of their time on a computer or laptop for 12 hours. When you read a book, you can get up and go anywhere you want in 30 to 40 minutes, but you can’t do that when working on a computer. For hours, people do not get up. The term “computer vision syndrome” was coined as a result of this. Dry eyes, swollen eyes, watery eyes, and muscle fatigue are all signs of this.
Here are few suggestions for keeping your eyes safe when operating on a tablet or laptop. •
The computer screen should be located directly in front of or just below the eyes. The computer should not be put directly in front of the eyes. The higher the screen is above the eyes, the greater the focus on the eyes would be.

Antiglare lenses should always be used while operating on a regular monitor or laptop. Antiglare lenses should be used in the frames of those who wear them. Those that do not have glasses should wear plain antiglare glasses. Antiglare glass can also be used on the computer screen.

Every storm hour requires a break, and the eyes should be quickly washed 5 to 10 times to ensure that water enters all regions of the eye and maintains the eyes moist.

Do stretching exercises as well as eye exercises. It’s important to keep in mind that the air from the Air Conditioner (AC) should not be directed directly into your eyes. His passion and love for theatre started in childhood after seeing Neil Simon’s “Little Me” on Broadway. Making up his mind to pursue a career in theatre, he attended Boston University and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Acting. After five years starring in regional theater and touring productions, Lane wanted to return to New York so he set his sights on producing. Lane worked on Broadway as an Assistant House Manager and eventually secured a position working for his mentor James M. Nederlander. Lane’s experience and love of live theater has led him to his place as a theater historian. Lane not only re-defined the theatre experience but has also given back to the theatre community.
