When you sow a seed in the green lustrous garden of your house, you are the one who religiously and routinely water it to smell the fragrance of its flowers or to taste its fruits. Why, but why it happens? Have you ever asked this question from your inner self? Well, what I think this happens because the seed which we have sowed has now grown to a flowering plant, which is the resultant of our efforts, care and compassion. This trait of humans can be seen in every new work which he or she starts. The same can be seen in the business world by the advent of startups. This time, Business Connect has directed its focus towards the startups, which have done a phenomenal job in their endeavors. The edition is ‘Startup of the Year.’ The government has formulated a number of policies such as Startup India, Aspire, Mudra Bank, etc. to support startups or encourage the entrepreneurial spirit in the country. This has increased the employment rates as well in the country. Entrepreneurs are taking birth at a rapid rate.
With a blink of eye, you cannot create anything. You ought to be thick-skinned and resilient for creating your own business. This I can say by diving into the inception stories of different startups. Obstacles they underwent in the route are beyond imagination, but the attitude these entrepreneurs possess towards the toughest phase of their lives is the answer to their huge success. The scarcity of finance is the biggest roadblock for most of the startups, but the faith in destiny and optimism are the two attributes by which they have overcome this challenge. Entrepreneurs nurture their organizations with priceless values and ethics, which are the cornerstones of a stable and flourished startup. We have decided to bring LEMMA on the Cover Page of the Magazine. Under the aegis of Gulab Patil, it is doing an incredible job.

LEMMA are the pioneers of Programmatic DOOH in India that has brought a breakthrough in the arena. In an ecosystem dominated by Mobile as a primary medium to display ads, Lemma is introducing the digital industry to a fresh and robust digital medium in the form of Digital out of home screens (DOOH). Lemma, a pioneer in programmatic, has developed a cloud based programmatic platform that makes buying & selling of DOOH screens just as easy as mobile or web inventory. GOING INTO THE DEPTHS OF TECHNICALITY
Programmatic advertising simply involves automated buying and selling of advertising based on data and computer systems. Media Partners use an IoT based Lemma SSP (Supply Side Platform) to make their DOOH advertising inventory available to multiple Demand Side Platform (DSP) and Google DV360 platform. Lemma has its own DSP as well if Brands want to run their campaign directly through the Lemma dashboard. DOOH is now available on the bidder that sells multiple kinds of digital ad space, allowing DOOH ads to be bought and sold on a large scale along with mobile ads, Internet display ads, paid social media and many other kinds.
INCEPTION STORY OF LEMMA
Lemma is the brainchild of Gulab Patil, the Founder and CEO, who was intrigued by the installations of digital billboards in the city of Pune. He then went on to understand how these systems work & identified that there was a huge gap in the way DOOH media functioned in comparison to other digital mediums like mobile and desktop. Eventually, he realized that this medium hadn’t evolved as a digital medium in its true sense. This triggered the idea of creating a platform that would transform digital out -of -home media into mainstream digital. Digital Advertising is a booming industry growing exponentially, resulting in $26Bn spend globally by 2023. Tea plant Camellia sinensis sinensis has been cultivated for thousands of years and its leaves have been used for medicinal purposes. Green tea contains nutraceuticals or bioactive compounds called catechins. EGCG, (−)-Epigallocatechin-3-gallate is the main type of catechin (or Flavonoid) abundantly present (50-75%) in Green tea. It is the most effective anti-cancer polyphenol present in Green Tea. Compared to other sources of caffeine (like Coffee), the presence of L-theanine, an amino acid that produces a relaxing effect, makes Green tea unique. Although the amount of caffeine present in Green tea is more, the rate of absorption into the body is much slower than the caffeine present in coffee. Green Tea exhibits anti-inflammatory, antiobesity, antidiabetes, and antitumor activities. In the most recent study, published last month in the Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry, found that Green tea extracts prevent obesity by gut dysbiosis (microbial imbalance in the gastrointestinal system) and limiting endotoxin transformation. Earlier reports have confirmed its effectiveness in reducing blood pressure levels and reducing the risk of lung cancer and Type-2 diabetes. Green Tea may offer other health benefits like the decreased risk of stroke, gum disease (Gingivitis, inflammation of the gum and Periodontitis, inflammation affecting the bone and tissues of the teeth) and lower risk of arthritis.

Establishment of the first tea garden in Assam was done in 1835 by the East India Company. The indigenous Assam tea plant is significantly different in some respects from China. It is a delicate plant having larger leaves containing more sap and so stronger tea can be made.
Mechanism of Green Tea action
• Green tea absorption takes places predominantly in the small intestine from where it passes to the large intestine where colonic microflora acts upon. • Green tea metabolite EGCG after being absorbed is transported to the liver where it undergoes extensive methylation, glucuronidation, and sulfation by the cytosolic catechol-O-methyltransferase enzyme. • EGCG has antioxidant effects, hence prevent oxidative injury to DNA and proteins. It may also inhibit the formation of intracellular peroxides. • EGCG may suppress tumor growth by preventing angiogenesis or influencing Interleukin production. • EGCG helps in inhibiting of carcinogenic bacteria (Helicobacter pylori in the stomach). • EGCG may also work to increase the catabolism of carcinogens. • EGCG inhibits the intracellular enzyme fatty acid synthase.
Conclusion
Tea is the most widely ingested beverage in the world after water. Green Tea contains polyphenols, Epigallocatechin-3-gallate and other components that may reduce the risk of developing chronic diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular diseases, arthritis, and diabetes. HSR: Some of us had tossed around ideas as early as October 2018 with some stray thoughts of creating the start-up. Then, Rahul and I met Neelesh, but for the other startup idea. Both CIO Dimension and the other start-up (which shall materialize soon) have been in incubation as part of Fervent 2.0. So, when some of us met this mentor—who was also a prospect —somewhere between the conclusion of the meeting and the walk to the car parking, our ideas had crystallized into the start-up. We now had definite glimmers of what we wanted to do. We then pitched the idea to our mentor and he gave us a firm two-thumbs up. May 2019: What with the election and other urgent projects at hand, this went off-focus for a while, but never out of sight. June 2019: Once the election results came and we heard the Prime Minister’s vision and blueprint for the fivetrillion-dollar economy, there was no looking back. August 2019: Finally, CIO Dimension saw the light of day. After months of toil, planning, burning the midnight oil and brain-storming sessions all over the NCR. And it all links back to where we began — almost five years of fulfilling a burning desire. To push ourselves to do more, to go farther than where we already were. How do you see the future of the start-up, and what plans do you want to achieve shortly? RB: From the 10,000 startups that we currently have in the country, the winners will be the ones who ensure disruption through advance tech to create innovation and maintain clear blue water between them and the other players in the market. Today’s generation is pizza eating generation; they are surviving on junk food. There is no conscious diet they are taking. So, it’s the prime requirement to eat right. Eat green vegetables, fruits, pulses, etc. Be a conscious foodie rather than just a foodie.
Sleep
Sleep becomes the second priority, if we look closely to the life style of our youth today. They spent uncountable hours just scrolling what’s app or Facebook account, I find it quite insane, because people of older generation also lived a way happier lives than us. It’s quite important to take 8-9 hours of sleep. I know because of work stress or some other personal reasons, it becomes quite hard to maintain it. But let’s just try to not scroll the mobile phones 1 hour before going to bed.
Exercise
Doing physical activity is really beneficial for the livelihood. Gym becomes the modern trend for the girls and boys to be fit, which is quite a nice way to be fit for the fitness freaks. However, 15 minute walk will also do a lot and keeps you fresh and rejuvenates your spirit.
Meditation
Personally, I love to give myself alone time, where you can peacefully sit with your all senses alive and dig deeper insights of pious soul. Your concentration level gets enhanced. Deep breathing relaxes the body, reduces the stress, lowers the daily anxieties, and makes you more focused. Meditation keeps you rejuvenated and the feeling is so surreal. A balanced life can be lead in your busy hours also. This depends on the priority. Work is an important part of life, undoubtedly we cannot live without it, but it cannot shade the other aspects of life, so this is quite important to give heed to other aspects of life. In this article, I have tried to explore about sleep, its importance for an Entrepreneur and have suggested a few important tips for having a sound solid deep sleep which is very important for staying calm and focus at their work.

Our ancestors used to follow a fixed pattern to have quality sleep and probably this was the key for their healthy physical and mental well-being. Sun is the ultimate source of energy. Recent studies have pointed out that the exposure to sunlight or bright indoor lights during the morning hour’s helps in having sleep better at night. The later you wake-up after sunrise the slothful and lethargic you will be. The closer you wake up to sunrise, preferably before sunrise it will make you active and zestful. It can be observed in the dynamism of animals, birds, and most of the elders in the family as they all wake up either at the stroke of sunrise or earlier than that.

Sleep is a complex and dynamic process which is the major part of our daily routine. We spend about onethird of the day in sleep. Quality sleep and getting a sufficient amount of it at the right times is as essential to survival as food and water. Without sleep, the pathways in our brain are not formed or maintained which allow us to learn and create new memories, and it’s tougher to concentrate and respond swiftly. Sleep is of paramount importance to a number of brain functions, like how nerve cells (neurons) communicate with each other. In fact, our brain and body remain substantially active while we sleep properly. Recent findings suggest that sleep plays a housekeeping role that eliminates toxins in our brain that is build up while we are awake. Everybody requires sleep, but its biological purpose remains a mystery. Sleep affects altogether every type of human body tissue and system right from the brain, heart, stomach, and lungs to the central nervous system, immune system, respiratory
system, digestive system, cardiovascular system, and Endocrine system.

Infants generally require about 16-18 hours a day, while teenagers (13-18 years old) require about 9 hours on average. For most adults(above 18 years old), 7 to 8 hours a night appears to be the substantial amount of sleep, although some people may require as few as 5 hours or as long as 10 hours of sleep each day. Here, I am going to discuss a few tips to improve your sleep • It’s very important to Set a schedule and go to bed and wake up at the same time each day. • Before going to bed nearly a few hours before, Exercise about 20 to 30 minutes a day. • Before going to bed or late in the day try to avoid caffeine or nicotine and alcoholic drinks • Try a warm bath, reading, or another relaxing routine before going to bed. • Avoid bright lights and loud sounds, keep the room at a comfortable temperature and don’t watch Television or have a computer in your bedroom to create a room for sound sleep. • If you are unable to go for sleep, do something else, like reading or listening to music, until you feel tired. Avoid lying in bed awake. • Visit a clinician for any problem in sleeping or for unusual tiredness feeling during the day. Most sleep disorders are effectively curable.
