If any person is always focused and do the same things for the business, then you very likely not enjoy yourself and new and better results gets away from you. A person must almost try new things to find what works for them best. One also need to enrich their life with new experiences regularly. This can be something simple and talking to new people or taking a personal interest class. Every experience that one enhance can lead to new opportunities that, you previously did not have for you with different approach of mind-set and creativity.
Ambition
It is always easy to give up on something, when the ongoing of that thing gets tougher, but the most successful entrepreneurs can persist that situation because of their ambitious nature. In the month of September, two global leaders in logistics giants FedEx and UPS have committed themselves to provide financial aid and helped in transporting the emergency supplies to the disaster cities. The FedEx Team Rubicon provides US$500,000 worth of lifesaving supplies to hard-hit communities in the Bahamas following Hurricane Dorian. Along with the FedEx, UPS also announced its own commitments to provide immediate support to the needs of the society and long-term recovery from Hurricane Dorian.

The e-commerce unicorn, Amazon, has expanded its supply services to begin conducting business in the logistics industry. EBAY TO LAUNCH 3PL ‘MANAGED DELIVERY’ SERVICE
EBay Inc. the great online e-commerce giant will soon be launching a new fulfillment service called Managed Delivery. This service will help in high-volume vendors with fast-moving inventory such as fashion and electronics to offer their customers free shipping and faster delivery. The ‘Managed Delivery service’ will rely on a network of third-party suppliers and logistics providers who will be using eBay-owned platform to store, pack and ship inventory from ‘strategically located warehouses’ across the USA. Vendors that qualify for the service next year will be able to utilize eBay-negotiated rates for overnight, two- and threeday delivery. All packages will be eBay branded and buyers will be able to track the delivery of their packages. The move is part of the company’s efforts to compete with the largest e-commerce rival Amazon, and of its ongoing evolution to create a more managed marketplace.
UPS FLIES THE COMMERCIAL DRONES TO DELIVERIES
UPS the biggest logistics industry is establishing a new subsidiary business called ‘Flight Forward’ in an effort to support and scale the launch of its own commercial drone delivery program. Additionally, the logistics giant has applied for the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Part 135 air carrier certification. This would allow UPS Company to approve drones to fly over populated areas and out of view from the operator. This is currently the highest certification that the FAA offers and, if the application is approved, it would pave the way for UPS to operate one of the few commercial drone delivery programs in the US. The ultimate goal is to use the new subsidiary to drive growth through revenue-generating drone deliveries. According to Bala Ganesh, the vice president of the Advanced Technology Group at UPS, this program primarily focus is on “healthcare, just-in-time, real urgent movements, life-changing events in hard-to-reach locations.” UPS is currently conducting a drone delivery test program in North Carolina, transporting hospital samples. It hopes to expand its healthcare drone services nationwide. 61
