As, I was walking on the stairs of Research about the startups, I discovered that most of the youngsters are choosing to start their own ventures instead of going for the corporate jobs. It’s really a surprising fact, because before five years, people were commencing their professional expeditions with a reputed corporate job. But now, there is a dynamic shift that we are witnessing on the periphery. Startups are exceptionally becoming ‘the talk of the town’. SCENARIO OF EDUCATION IN INDIA

Consider this example: Let us recall, a time when you were in school and were dealing with a subject that you struggled with. Perhaps you told other people, “I’m just not a science person” after dealing with a bad test grade. If you ever want to get better, first things are - you must first stop with the excuses and it’ll keep you exactly where you want to go. It helps to give yourself a specific reason to get over your limiting mindsets e.g. “I want to get a better grade on my science tests” as your statement. Create time for daily reflection: By the end of every day, spend some time thinking about what went well and positive than after focus on what didn’t. Sandeep: To start with, education institutes needed to ensure that they start getting their students out of the comfort zones so that they are more ready for the future. Overall we need to define good teaching as instruction that leads to effective learning, which in turn means the thorough and lasting acquisition of the knowledge, skills, and values the instructor or the institution has set out to impart. We set out that Knowledge, Comprehension, Application, Analysis, Synthesis, and Evaluation are key parameters to the learning in our institute. Business Connect: Did you see any transformations happening for startups, over the years in the field? Shivendu: Various Government schemes such as Startup India have helped ideas transform into products and have helped in many ways financially as well as technically, helping young entrepreneurs setting up their first company. Business Connect: Did everything come easy or you have your story of struggle. Shivendu: I hail from Siwan, a small town in Bihar and my success story is similar to that of young entrepreneurs who come from smaller places basically lacking in technology, infrastructure or support. I have grown up seeing my father Anish Damani tirelessly work to provide nothing but the best for the family and my mother Parul Damani has been a constant and strong pillar of support for the entire family. My sister Priyanka, being the youngest one has always taught me that hardwork never goes waste. Through them, I have learnt the true merits of dedication, hard work and perseverance. Today, those qualities keep me motivated to give in my best each day. It has been over 4 years and yet we clock in 100 hours each week to make sure we have made the best platforms in our domain.” Did everything come easy, or you have your story of struggle? Aaditya Anish: “We started off with limited capital, when we raised the first round, our company was merely valued a little over 100,000$. We struggled to get a paying customer as we had developed something that the market was not ready for a few years back. Every company we visited was happy to take a demo of the product and eventually waited behind the fence until an industry leader took a bold move to implement such a solution. We were crushed multiple times and almost faced bankruptcy where the founding members stuck their necks out and exhausted the savings pool they had just to keep the vision afloat. Therefore, apart from work, Rakesh loves to delve himself across the pages of books, as he is an avid reader. Additionally, at some point of time, he wants to explore story telling through visual media and direct a TV series for Global Audience. In an excursion to the entrepreneurial world, Rakesh navigates with the support of his mentor, Shailu Tipparaju- the chairman of Colosseum Group. Shailu states,”Live fully or why bother at all?” Thereby, Rakesh always remembers his statement. It is quite cumbersome for an entrepreneur to balance the pendulum of work, fitness and social life. To strike the right balance, it takes an extreme effort and a fully ‘Zoned In’ approach. Rakesh says he struggled quite a bit during the starting days, but gradually, he got the hang of it, and now he is supremely engaged in his daily regime. STUPENDOUS ACHIEVEMENTS AND GREAT FUTURE PLANS ‘WhistleDrive’ team feels immense pride for the scale which the company has achieved within two years.
