Message from MCP 17.18 AIESEC in Moldova is a small challenging entity that needs strong individuals with skills and motivation to achieve bigger results. Working in this entity for 8 months so far, I have learned a lot, also faced a lot of challenges that I would recommend anyone who want to see changes on him/herself as well as the growth of the entity. As an MCPe, I would like to recommend for you to take enough time to understand the reality of the country/entity and decide for what you can do for the next 12 months of the term 17.18

MC Duties o MC is a full-time job. Each MCVP is expected to work 40 hours per week. o Working time is Monday to Friday, weekends are free (except of conferences and other representative duties) o MC term oďŹƒcially starts on 1st August 2017 and oďŹƒcially ends on 31st July 2018. o Transition period will start on April-June 2017. Further details will be given after the election.

MC Benefits o The salary is based on the financial sustainability of the entity. o Accommodation is covered. o National conferences and local entity visits covered based on the financial sustainability of the entity. o Costs and number of participants for international meetings are agreed after the selection process is complete.

MC Role and Accountability o Report weekly to MCP as well as quarterly as MC team to the Super visors Group and the National plenary. o Be aware of Local, national and international trends due to the reality around the entity and Moldova as a country. o Being constantly up to date with AIESEC and Non AIESEC resources and external activities. o Represent AIESEC on national and international conferences. o Co create plan for 17.18 with National plenary and improve the performance and growth of the entity. o Understand and foster the national strategies regardless your areas of working. o Create spaces and support for the growth and development of the LCs. o Align to the local, national, and global strategies to match with the reality of the entity. o Participate in all national and local related activities for the growth and development of the entity.

About TM & EXP The MCVP TXP is responsible for the talent capacity strategies in order to achieve and foster the ELD programs. Through the implementation of team minimums and with stronger synergies with all the areas he should make the organization faster and bigger. Also responsible for managing and driving the complete expansion strategy, track the expansion fund and investigate the possibility of opening new markets.

He/she’s responsible as well for the IR strategy by cooperating with different AIESEC entities. Moreover he/she’s responsible for analyzing all the national issues and create the projects that impact the most problems and opportunities related to Moldovan society.

About FLA The MCVP FLA is responsible for the general financial and legal administration of AIESEC in Moldova. His/her role it’s both internal and external, he/she must ensure wide knowledge of this field to AIESEC in Moldova, building strategies to capitalize on it, and represent AIESEC in Moldova towards our stakeholders in terms of financial, accounts and legal management. Generating all possible means for finance growth.

With the creation and delivery of a national products portfolio the BD ensures the growth in ELD program, execution of national partnerships and high quality standards to our partners. Also ensure the growth and development of the iGT department by increasing partnership and sales for the Eps and growth.

He’s is one of the main responsible for execution of brand strategy. Also Alumni relations. Creation and implementation of digital strategies for each stage of CF. execution of strategies for digital experience of our customers (LEAD Nurturing, Website Management, Digital activities.

Based on this what would be your way of leading their direction? 2. Who are the main stakeholders of iGV in AIESEC in Moldova? What expectations do they have and how can we ensure their satisfaction? What strategic partnerships you think can bring growth to iGV in the term 2017/2018? 3. Create 2 iGV Projects that can be relevant for Moldovan society. Don’t limit yourself to educational projects and feel free to gather GCPs from LCs all over the world. FLA Specific questions 1. Evaluate finance area of AIESEC in Moldova for the last 3 years: main tendencies, achievements and failures. 2. Provide a Start, Stop, Continue analysis of the current national financial strategy and management. 3. Make a complete legal assessment of AIESEC in Moldova. What are the main points of improvement, provide solutions that will keep us legal and agile? Take into consideration all fields possible. 4. The financial situation of AIESEC in Moldova is challenging. Display three key strategies for your term to improve the situation. Specify why you consider them as priority, how the implementation will look like and what are the expected outcomes of the actions you set both in a short and in a long run.

BD & iGT Specific questions 1. Please provide an analysis of the current status of the BD Area in terms of MoS/KPIs, strategies and bottlenecks. Please suggest the possible ideas you have to grow this department. 2. How you will ensure a proper attraction strategy for the BD department aimed to reach new targets and companies interested to collaborate with AIESEC in MD? Please specify the strategy, channels and synergy that you will include in your proposal. 3. Please create detailed description of national iGT strategies for the next term. Give concrete initiatives that you would implement in your term to make this role fulfilled. 2. What would be your 3 main strategies for digital marketing of AIESEC in Moldova in 17.18? Describe each strategy with clear HOW and desired state at the end of your term. 3. With a start stop continue method, asses the contribution of the PR area in the current term. Make sure you include your ideas for PR area in the term 17.18. 4. Imagine you have an infinite amount of money available: how would you invest them according to your 3 main PR strategies?

What would be your proposal for all the LCs in order to ensure sustainable growth in desired focus programs for every LC/IG? Consider that oGV will be focus program for the term 17.18 2.Assess the current Entity 2 Entity partnerships for outgoing programs. Which countries would you propose for our entity partners, for which sub-products/ master-issues and why? What are the quantifiable results you would expect from these partnerships? 3.Design a national oGV project. Explain the project in details and create an implementation plan.
