Transportation

Metro Senior Rides provides transportation services to help seniors get to and from appointments throughout the Fargo-West Fargo-Moorhead-Dilworth metro area Monday-Friday from 7:30 am-4:00 pm To schedule a ride please call us several days in advance at 701-356-RIDE (7433)

Meals On Wheels

Meals on Wheels is a program that provides one hot, nutritious meal per day to people ages 60 and older who meet eligibility standards Meals are offered to seniors on a contributory basis to offset the cost of providing this service Volunteers deliver meals Monday-Friday throughout the six North Dakota counties we serve We can always use more volunteers to deliver meals!
