St. Luke’s is an Evangelical, Nondenominational, Christ-Centered, Inter-generational, and Diverse Church. We are over 100 years old and are seeking to draw from that rich heritage to glorify God in the power of the Holy Spirit by making disciples who: exalt His name in worship, evangelize the lost, and encourage one another to love and good works.

In 1856 a group of German immigrants who had settled in Wheeling Township established the 1100 9th Avenue SW, Faribault. 507-334-6608 first German Evangelical Church to be founded in www.slcfaribault.com the state of Minnesota. We believe that the pilgrimage of faith is both an individual and a communal experience and that the growth of each is interrelated and dependent upon the other. His kingdom to earth as it is in heaven! With that in mind, the mission of Rejoice! Church is to help people rejoice in a healthy relationship with Jesus that is transforming. In other words, Rejoice! receives people of all ages and backgrounds where they are at in faith (even no faith at all), to help them find Godly joy in being renewed by the good news of Jesus’ life, death and resurrection; for the sake of releasing them to be effective disciples that pass on the hope to others. Rejoice! has been described as a young and vibrant congregation. Friendly, contemporary, biblical, spirit-filled, prayerful, giving and life-changing. Theologically, Rejoice! is a biblical conservative, evangelical Christian congregation that has roots in the Lutheran theology of “saved by grace through faith” (Ephesians 2:8-10). Rejoice! is committed to preaching and teaching the eternal truth of God’s living Word, with practical application for daily living. We share a contemporary worship, using a live band, videos/dramas /humor and personal faith testimonies that all center around biblically-based themes. We feature all sorts of small group opportunities and fellowship gatherings to learn and live in unity. Rejoice! is dedicated to youth and family transformation, developing disciples that make disciples that change the marketplace to know the “good, pleasing and perfect will of God.”

In December of 1958 the worship space for Peace Lutheran Church was dedicated. A noted highlight was the artwork contained within the new structure. All of the main articles of the sanctuary are adorned with wrought iron. The Pulpit includes 15 different symbols with the center most one arranged with the letters PAX, the Latin word for Peace. Around the top of the Pulpit are symbols for the Church Year running from Advent through Holy Trinity Sunday. At the base of the Pulpit are three symbols for great preachers, including St. Paul, Luther, and an early Church defender of the faith. The Lectern is formed on a triangularly base reflecting the importance of the Trinity with the Word of God. If you look closely at the pedestal you will also see the letters PAX forming the support structure for the stand. The Communion Rail shows its function for the Lord’s Supper. Grapevines and wheat stalks reflect the usage of bread and wine in the Holy meal. At each end of the rail a Greek Alpha and Omega letter is shown to remind people that God is the beginning and end of our life. At the front of the Altar is a depiction of John 13 and our Lord’s example of service when He washed the feet of the disciples on Maundy Thursday. With it comes the command to love one another as Christ 205 2nd Street S, Dundas. 507-664-9007 has loved us. Come and visit Peace Lutheran Church and marvel at the iron work in praise of our God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. 213 6th Avenue SW, Faribault. 507-334-9610

We desire to maintain a contemporary environment for people to enjoy the presence of God in prayer and worship and to personally grow in faith through instruction from the Bible and service to others. Our Youth meet Wednesdays at our office. Men’s and women’s groups also meet in homes to encourage one another to give our lives fully to God out of gratefulness for the fact that Christ gave His life completely for us. We believe Jesus Christ is the same miracle working, life changing, sinner saving, soul delivering One with the Name above all names now as He was 2000 years ago and that He is still the only hope of the world and doorway into a relationship with God the Father that brings forgiveness and peace. Sunday service: Paradise Center for the Arts, 321 Central Avenue

The purpose of Northfield Evangelical Free Church is to glorify God by making Jesus Christ the center of all we do. You will find Christ central and lifted up in our worship service, youth group meetings, Christian Living classes and Growth Groups. NEFC provides opportunities for all ages to hear Office: 510 Central Avenue 507-334-1897 the Word of God and apply it to daily living. Sunday morning worship services are held at 9:30. Christian Living Classes for all ages start at 11 a.m. During the week, Growth Groups are opportunities for small ed Realtor ns groups of adults to meet around the Word of God, study it, pray for one another and fellowship together. NEFC believes the Bible is the verbally inspired S Word of God, without error in the original writings, YEAR the complete revelation of His will for salvation, and the ultimate authority by which every realm of human knowledge and endeavor should be judged. Therefore, it is to be believed in all that it teaches, obeyed in all that it requires, and trusted in all that it promises. Come join us. 5600 E 110th St, Northfield. 507-663-0133

The River Church

At The River Church we believe Jesus Christ meant it when He said, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” We stand together with other Faribault area churches declaring this same Jesus is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of God’s being who sustains all things by His powerful word.
