Introducing Patrick from Silver Fern Farms’ Dunedin Hub. Patrick started at our Hāwera site as a packer but through his great work ethic he was quickly given the opportunity to train to become the backup Production Coordinator and Quality Assessor. Patrick is passionate about the red meat industry and always knew that this is where he wanted to develop his career, so when the role of Production Planner at our Dunedin site became available he jumped at the opportunity.
