AP 900 MULTI SPREADER Built using the latest technology and offering unmatched quality, safety, reliability and versatility.

The Abbey AP Multi Spreader has no rivals for either strength or design. The large diameter heavy duty auger is specially designed to create an even flow of material without clogging.

The well constructed drum improves the flow of material, the base of which is fitted with a double skin to provide chassis strength and durability. The Abbey AP is a general purpose machine which spreads broiler manure, mushroom compost, farm yard manure, semi-solids and factory waste, also with an additional special door designed for chicken litter and with an additional attachment, low viscosity slurry can also be easily spread with equally good results. All paint work is heat treated by the use of ovens. This increases the paint resistance to acidic attacks.

Overshot Discharge Rotor • Overshot expeller provides greater

fragmentation of material, giving

an even spread over a large area while

preventing lumping.

• The hydraulically controlled high rate of

discharge from the mid mounted door

ensures high velocity spread patterns up to

20m from the wheel track.

• The vertical opening door has high

clearance allowing foreign objects to be

released easily and allows full working

width, shearing of material by the serrated

tipped rotor as it discharges.

• Adjustable deflector allows consistency

of spread pattern to be maintained with

changing materials.

• Especially hardened reversible tips

for long life use.

• Guillotine door • Accurate spread pattern

Reversible Gearbox • This heavy duty drive is simple, reliable and easily accessible when routine maintenance is required.

• Discharge rotor is fitted with shear bolt as standard.

• Rotor fitted to the right hand side of the Spreader.

• Door open/close indicator is clearly visible from the tractor cab.

Rugged Construction • Built to provide trouble free service and minimal maintenance and downtime.

• Sprung steel rugged discharge paddles ensure an even flow of material into the discharge rotor.

• Double skinned floor increases the

working life span of the machine.

• Steeply taper tub design with large

diameter auger ensures effective processing.

• Unique floor design reduces the

possibility of small stone blockages.

• Continuous even spread, fast and

complete emptying.

• Positive weight transfer to tractor.

• Optimum spiral on rotor with 10mm

thick fins.

• Low horse power requirement • The AP load moves towards the

tractor ensuring maximum weight transfer onto the tractor, which is particularly useful. This provides traction and confidence while working on hill conditions.

Access Hatch/Stone Trap • Allows access to feeding out area for easy

removal of unwanted obstructions.

• Rugged construction and easy to open.

• Situated on the base of the machine, rather

than on the side. This allows much easier

access to a problem, should the need arise.
