“BERTI FLUID-BOX” This exclusive block of valves makes possible to the user to work with the Berti mulcher at the best of performance, by using the hydraulic circuit of the demolition hammer.

The appropriate setting of the hydraulic circuit in the operating machine, must be done by qualified technicians and authorized by the original manufacturer (see also the chapter “SETTING OF FLUID BOX” that follows).

BERTI is not responsible for the correct settings in the operating machine !!

**In the case you do not specify your choice in the above table, the setting of the Fluid Box will be according to the STANDARD values CORRECT Hydr. SYSTEM

1. Hydraulic Motor, gear type 2.

Return Line, from motor to the Fluid Box (max 15 bar for uni-directional geared motor)

3. BERTI Fluid Box 4. Return Line (T), free flow to the tank of the excavator 5. Oil Pressure Line, from the excavator to the Fluid Box (P) 6 Tank of excavator Drain Line, free flow, to the tank of the excavator.

7. The hose (7) must fish direct into the tank and under the oil surface!!

HOSES On the hydraulic mulcher RA/SB there are three hoses of length of 300 cm from Fluid Box to the excavator: - Oil Pressure Line (item 5 on the drawing) Hose R9 c/w female fitting 3/4” - Return Line free flow into the tank (4) Hose R9 c/w female fitting 3/4” - Drain Line free under oil level (7) Hose R1 c/w female fitting 1/2”.

All three hoses should reach approx. 60–70 cm from the bottom of the arm.

It is a good practice to fit hydraulic cocks at the end of the hoses, in order to limit leakages during the phases of connecting / disconnecting of the hoses.
