Welcome to festival of crafts 2022. We’re delighted that you are joining us for Farnham Maltings’ longest running craft event. Now in its 26th year, festival of crafts is established as one of the UK’s leading independent craft shows.
At the heart of the festival is our curated marketplace where you will find a showcase of some of the best independent and talented makers offering handmade, contemporary crafts. Meet the makers and discover great design as well as learning about the process of making.
This year’s festival champions over 70 emerging and established craftspeople specialising in everything from textiles, glass, leather, ceramics, jewellery, furniture, lighting, and print – with something for every taste and budget.
As a celebration of craft, the complimentary programme of expert-led bookable workshops and participatory activities offer an accessible experience. Join in and explore your inner creativity in a relaxed environment where there is something for everyone.

Farnham was granted World Craft Town status in June 2020 following a successful application by Farnham Maltings and Farnham Town Council. Farnham is now the first and only World Craft Town in England. The award is in recognition of the special role that craft plays in our community.
