There is a gap between the needs of a growing city and the needs of its people. We aim to create harmony among these two inevitable factors- the increase in density and an ever-aging population. This will benefit not only the massive amount of seniors we need to care for, but the future generation through time. We present: THE SLOW / FAST, CITY / VILLAGE- an experiment in the Eglinton East and Victoria Park neighbourhoods, where all can age in-place while engaging in every benefit a city offers.
