Acting as Project Architect and Project Manager with an emphasis in school renovations and additions. Leading client, stakeholders and consultant meetings to communicate design, budget, and schedule.
McLean 6th Grade Center and Middle School: Guided the addition and renovation of two mid-century schools creating dynamic, secure, and inclusive learning spaces. Led project coordination with planners and engineering teams to ensure design intent, budget alignment, and optimal student and teacher environments.

Collaborated, planned and designed Multi-Family projects with a focus on Design Development, Construction Documents. Organized client and consultant meetings. Revit point person for different teams in matters of best modeling practices. Standardized office wide methods for multi-family projects.
2800 Taylor: Modern Industrial design Multi-Family project. 180,000 NSF U-shaped podium structure, 192 units (studio, 1BR, 2BR), in the Deep Ellum neighborhood of Dallas, TX. Designed and coordinated unit layouts, structure, and facade. Managed consultant coordination for rooftop terrace and amenity spaces, ensuring the project’s alignment with the clients desires.
McKinney Lemmon: Mixed-Use urban development project in Dallas, TX. 529 units. Project includes different types of constructions and several programs including: residential (763,000 GSF), office (88,000 GSF), grocery store (139,000 GSF). Worked on wood frame construction of mid-rise and steel construction of high-rise tower. Coordination of roof drains and shafts through units. Worked with senior project architect on construction details of the tower.

Worked with managers and principals in all phases of projects, prepared RFP presentations, drafted and designed floor plans, developed exterior design elements, created drawings, diagrams, and graphics to communicate design intent.
Victory Dormitory: Contributed to the design and documentation of a 360,000-square-foot, 2 building, 650 bed dormitory in the historic district of Savannah, GA. Spearheaded facade detailing, balancing modernity with historic district requirements.
St. Louis County Library: Developed design concepts for a 70,000-squarefoot library, incorporating community spaces like an 800-capacity auditorium and dedicated areas for various age groups. Coordinated with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive design and execution.
