illian was a high school algebra teacher and basketball coach in Stilwell, Okla. Married to her high school sweetheart, Kyle, they were living on a farm, raising cattle. And even though Jillian was
busy with a full life, she became a Mary Kay Independent Sales Director in less than a year. How did she do it? Here’s her story. “I started my Mary Kay business on Sept. 15, 2016, to make some extra money for my car payment,” says Jillian. I realized I wanted my business to just keep moving forward and growing. By selling products and sharing what I was doing with others, I earned a Red Jacket in March 2017. Once I earned my Red Jacket, I realized I wanted to be a sales force leader. I got to work and debuted as an Independent Sales Director in October 2017!” Jillian may have started her Mary Kay business to make a car payment, but before long, she earned the use of her first Mary Kay Career Car – the Chevy Cruze – the same month she debuted as
