Why so called 'Diet' drinks are actually BAD for you!! (Your life depends on it) Okay, some of you maybe thinking that the headline 'Your life depends on it' maybe a little drastic, but the truth is you are actually poisoning your body with these sold-called 'diet' drinks.... Right, let’s get straight to the point, if you don’t care about your body, your weight or your diet then go ahead, drink all the diet soda you want! If however on the other hand, you do care about your body and what you put in your mouth, my recommendation would be to avoid diet soda like the plague! Soda, diet soda, lets be fair, their all bad for our body, no matter what the companies say. If you have been one of my subscribers you would now know, I care about your health as much as I are about mine, so for goodness sake, stay away from diet soda!

Some well known brands have become very clever these days. The way they market their products, to make you believe, that drinking diet soda is so much better than drinking your regular soda. I’m going to tell you now, some of the techniques these companies use border on illegal, yet they still manage to sit on the right side of the law – just. Because of this, they have managed to convince a lot of people that drinking diet soda can be healthy, where as, in fact it is completely the opposite. Believe it or not, (well believe it!) studies have shown that drinking diet soda can be more unhealthy than regular soda. Resulting in people becoming overweight. A recent study at a university in Texas, USA confirmed that the consumption of soda resulted in obesity, and people becoming overweight. Yet, when they studied the effects of diet soda, the risks of obesity were even higher. For every can or bottle of diet soda a person consumed, there was a 41% increase in the risk of becoming overweight. So, to answer the question, is diet soda unhealthy for us? Yes! Diet soda is extremely unhealthy for your body. There are many reasons why it is so unhealthy to drink such drinks, some of which include; 1. 2.

One other reason is psychological. If you consume a bottle of this ‘evil substance’ (that’s what we are to call it now!) your brain and body feel as if they can consume more. The more we consume, the more calories we put in our body! Simply stuff really.

If you didn’t know any of this before reading this article, then don’t worry, you know now! If you are really serious about your health, (which you must be because you are either one of my subscribers or you searched for something relating to ‘why is diet soda unhealthy’ you will do yourself and your body a massive favor by staying away from all types of soda. No matter how well companies try to sell you their product, you can now say you are fully aware of what one bottle of the ‘evil substance’ contains and what it can do to your body.
