General Media Partnership Policy As a magazine that is passionate about promoting the best of Africa and the Black race, we are always eager and ready to work with organisation that have the same ethos as ours. A number of facts will determine our commitment to accepting or approaching you for partnership. These factors include but not only, - your event concept, benefit to our readers, quality and your willingness to establish your organization's role in making sure that C.hub magazine as a media brand retains its quality and relevance. In effect what are you willing to contribute to the growth of C.hub magazine. What we offer 1. As a media partner, we will give your event maximum publicity (Pre and post event) through our various platforms depending on our editorial calendar. 2. We will do our best to put out as much as possible all your press releases regarding the specific event again depending on its relevance to our readers. Note : we will not overload a particular information on our readers not in line with expected ethical professional practise. 3. We will put out your event promotion on our website and social media for free only with a link to any necessary information end. 4. If your event falls within our publishing timetable, we will include an editorial article about your event on the particular issue in a way of interview, profile feature of the people or the organisation involved . If not necessary, then we would only put out an article informative enough to create awareness of your event. 5. If you would require anything other than our editorial feature of the event to our discretion, eg, if you wish to have a specific number of pages, display of a number of images etc, we will charge 50% of the cost of the space . 6. We will charge 50% of the cost of space if you would like to have your promotional artwork on our magazine editions. 5. If we are required to bring our photographer or camera team to cover your event, you may be required to pay for their transportation .

In return we ask that you provide us with the following 1. Have our logo on your website and promotional materials listed as your media partner. 2. Provide us with necessary passes to attend the event. We usually will require at least 2 VIP tickets for our Chief editor and Director if they wish to attend . Plus 2 press passes for our crew if need be. 3. You will provide us details and materials for coverage as at when due pre and post event. Example - press releases, images and any necessary material to give adequate and quality coverage. Note that we do not compromise on quality. Where necessary, you will provide accurate credits to materials sent to us otherwise, you agree to bear the copyright consequences. 4. You agree to provide us necessary avenues to promote effectively our brand on your event , in the way of promotional stand, making our banner and or logo available on the red carpet event if any, and or adding our promotionals in any goody bags where necessary. 5. You also agree that we will edit any press release to suit our editorial content without compromising your brand marketing strategy or ours. 6. If we feature your event on our magazine for free, you agree to order a minimum of 100 copies of that edition for your network. 7. You will give C.hub magazine at least 2 promotional tickets to give away to her readers to get them engaged both in our publication and your event. 8. You agree that you will also promote any coverage we give your event through you own

platforms. 9. These terms may change without prior information .

General Media Sponsorship Policy. Includes everything mentioned above plus - we have 2 major packages . Total media sponsorship - in which case you do not make any payment whatsoever for our coverage. We run your entire campaign both online and on print and on our social media platforms nonstop. (this is totally highly negotiated and rarely considered. Standard media sponsorship Includes all in partnership policy plus free event listing on the print magazine and free half page advert on the magazine.

Note : On no occasion do we offer financial sponsorship.
