The revolutionary thermal and battery control mechanisms are also available. The former activates at a given temperature to prevent overheating, while the latter extends burn time when the battery drops to a certain level. All M-flaRE Super Headlights are equipped with thermal control system, which prevents the headlight surface from overheating. Once the designated temperature is reached, the protective circuitry will kick in to regulate the current, dimming the light and preventing further temperature rise.

The battery control technology is an advanced design that automatically regulates the operating current when battery capacity falls below a certain level. This reduces light output and extends burn time. The dimming output serves as an effective indication of the need to recharge, preventing the potential risk of a sudden blackout.

Regulated circuit is a superior technology that maintains a stable brightness level throughout the battery life time unless the thermal control or battery control mechanism is triggered.

The battery pack can be attached to any part of the body, relieving the burden from the head and ensuring user comfort and freedom of movement. This innovative design also enables the use of spare battery packs, providing additional power for the supreme illumination. A protective pouch is bundled for temperature protection.

SENSOR OPERATED HEADLIGHT HANDS OFF, TURNS ON The Sensor Operated Headlight frees users’ hands more than ever with handsfree trigger. Easy enough to operate even with both hands occupied. A red LED indicates sensor status at-a-glance. To avoid interference when working in front of the sensor, simply switch back to manual mode with a button press.
