Thailand and then to Cambodia!

Hi Friends at Faith Bible Chapel South It has been a crazy ride. Since our last newsletter we flew to Thailand and spent time in Bangkok and Chiang Rai. Then after only a week in Chiang Rai we headed for Cambodia and started out in Battambang, then Siem Reap, and currently are in Phnom Penh. Read on to find out what we are doing!

In Thailand We got all of our things in Chiang Rai. After months of emptying our house in Davao and moving around we finally arrived in the city we are going to live in!

But with moving comes a few changes.

1- We are looking for a place. We got some short term housing, but we are looking for some long term. Please pray that we can find a place.

2- We are in need of furniture. Since we gave away most of our things to flood victims in Cagayan de Oro, Philippines we really don't have a budget for furniture here. If God leads you to give to us, my

guess is we are going to need somewhere around USD$2000. Pray that we can find good 2nd hand stuff. If you would like to give please look at the info at the bottom of the newsletter or click here.

3- Language! We don't speak Thai, and in Thailand it is hard to order food, ask directions, or anything without speaking the language! Pray We can pick it up sooner than latter.

4- We need a vehicle. Public transport is not all that great and we need something we can drive around Northern Thailand. For our dream vehicle would cost $10,000. It would be a 4 door truck with sets in the back so others could ride. Pray for some way to get some kind of transport 5- Long term visas. The longest visa we can get as of now is 3 months. After that we have to leave the country as a family and re-apply. Pray we can get long-term visas.

We are looking forward for what God has for us these coming years in Thailand!

In Cambodia We headed to Battambang Cambodia for the Nations 2 Nations DTS Gathering. There was people from 23 different countries with 6 different DTSs from 4 different continents. It was a great gathering where the heart for the people of the nations to go out to reach all the nations. Many were touched by God. Others were healed from emotional wounds. For me (Dustin) it re-energized my passion and help me focus on my calling. God has been really good!

From there we headed to Siem Reap to visit the YWAM leaders there. And then to Phnom Penh so I (Dustin) can get more pages for my passport (finished this morning) and apply for our Thailand

visa (we will do that tomorrow).

Since we arrived in Cambodia Michaella has been dealing with sickness. We found a good doctor in Phnom Penh and she will be getting better soon! But please keep her in your prayers.

3- Rest. We have been moving around a lot as a family. We need to settle down.

4- Health. Currently pray for Michaella (see story In Cambodia) But also pray that our family will be in good health.
