“What I absolutely adore about this property? Is the variety of spaces within the main living area. But, hands down, my favorite has to be that cozy spot right by the window. From there, you get a fabulous view of the gardens and the peaceful weir. And the best part? When you open the window, you're instantly greeted by the gentle, soothing sounds of flowing water. It's like an instant relaxation button. I can picture the new owner just sinking into a comfy chair with a great book or simply closing their eyes and letting the calming water sounds wash away all the stress.

"Upper Mill has been our home for 18 years and we will be very sad to leave. We are in a delightful location and our lounge offers a great view of the Weir and open fields. We love the fact that the apartment is very quirky, full of wonderful 18th-century beams, and is a great place for entertaining, as like The Tardis, it is much bigger inside than it seems on paper. A great attraction is our lift and not just any lift, but as we are constantly informed by the company that services it, the ‘Rolls Royce’ of lifts. Installed in 1934, by Evans of Leicester, who also supplied lifts to The British Museum, every British Embassy, and several Cambridge Universities. Apparently, it will last for another 100 years!

Wootton Wawen is an excellent place to live, with several pubs, the best village shop in the county, a primary school, good bus routes, and even a train station, so getting around is easy. It sounds perfect, and it has been, but while we are still fit and active, we have decided to move to Dorset and start a new chapter of our lives. However, we will never have another home as unique as Upper Mill and hope that someone else will enjoy it as much as we have"

**"A Tranquil Descent to Community Bliss**

Take a journey down the spiral staircase to enter the charming courtyard area.

Step through the gate, and you'll find yourself in the midst of a lush communal parking area, surrounded by verdant gardens that gracefully border the tranquil river and its picturesque weir. It's a scene that brings nature's beauty right to your doorstep.

**A Place to Gather and Relish:**

In this splendid communal space, you'll also discover a delightful seating area, perfect for engaging in conversations with neighbors or simply taking in the serene surroundings. And for those who relish outdoor culinary adventures, there's a barbecue area where you can sizzle up your favorites and enjoy open-air dining with friends and family.

This communal haven isn't just about shared spaces; it's about shared experiences and building lasting connections. Welcome to a place where community, nature, and relaxation effortlessly coalesce."
