LAS VEGAS PROGRAM Camp TLC is a unique and inspiring co-ed residential summer camp experience specifically designed for children ages 6 – 17 with a primary diagnosis of Autism. The program is designed for children with Autism who would benefit from structure, small group dynamics and individual attention all in a private setting where the campers can enjoy typical outdoor activities and most of all, have fun!

Our focus is on alleviating the strain that an Autism diagnosis takes not only on the affected child but the child’s parents. SETTING Set on a beautiful wooded site in the Spring Valley Mountains at Torino Ranch the facilities are fully equipped to accommodate a wide range of activities and programs. Free quality services are provided at the camp including accommodations and meals, onsite medical support, and recreational facilities. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served each day and snacks and beverages are provided throughout the entire program. RATIO 1:1 Our (1) adult counselor to (1) camper ratio, plus activity instructors and safety staff, allows us to work closely with each camper to provide individualized attention to his or her special needs. Each child is also assigned a non-disabled Peer Buddy (ages 8 – 17). s 3IBLINGS OF CHILDREN WITH !UTISM ARE ENCOURAGED TO VOLUNTEER ONE SIBLING PER CAMPER STAFF Camp TLC is run by a group of highly skilled, experienced and caring professionals working in collaboration with our community partners to provide the highest quality of service to each camper. Volunteer Counselors stay at camp during the entire duration of the program so each camper has consistency and support. Camp TLC volunteers reflect the diversity of the families and help with recreational leadership, childcare, food service and much more. CHILDREN SERVED Children and teen’s ages 6 - 18 of all ability levels are welcome. DAILY SCHEDULE, EDUCATIONAL, RECREATIONAL & THERAPEUTIC ACTIVITIES Campers attend two - three activities in the morning and two – three activities in the afternoon. Evening activities serve as opportunities for the entire camp to come together for structured entertainment such as campfires, dances, movies, and music. Picture schedules are used throughout the day to support communication between campers and staff. FEE All campers are sponsored by an individual, civic group, corporation, or foundation, which allows all campers and volunteer staff to attend Camp TLC free of charge. The sponsorship for one camper to participate in the 4-day/3-night program is $800. The Campership Program provides a way for donors to sponsor campers.
