Spring Campaign
We’re excited to announce “Dedicated to Delight” as our new yearly marketing campaign that will live on-property and digitally. Each season will bring new creative assets under the same theme.
This year, we turn our attention to the the authentic and unfiltered moments to capture what’s candid and to show delight.
You will start to see the new campaign on property on March 23, 2023 and may already have started to see the campaign’s ads on social media and/or Google.
Storefront Maintenance
Spring is almost here, and we are excited and ready for warmer weather. We want to ensure the right kick-off for Spring with friendly reminders of storefront standards, as it plays a vital role in your customers’ first impression and is your store’s best source of advertising.

Fox 5 Zip Trip
FOX 5 Zip Trip is the weekly Friday series that highlights the best spots to visit around the D.C. region. This event will include on-air personalities and crew who will broadcast live from the properties to highlight our local businesses and community. The live airing will take place from 6 -11 AM and some streets will be closed.

Wildwood Shop & Sale
Kick Off summer with fashion, food, and fun during Wildwood’s Summer Shop & Sale.

All merchants are encouraged to participate. Ideas can includes:

Westpost Movie Series
No admission required for this series. The Westpost Movie Nights are back for the summer and fall. Sign up now to host a Wednesday Movie Night. Hosting includes: restaurants name on signage, choose your movie (with final approval from Federal), day-of signage with prompt to order ahead.

Pike’s Peek 10K and Kids Race| Pike & Rose
April 23 | 7-10 AM
Hosted by Montgomery County Road Runner’s Club, the 10K race starts at Shady Grove Metro Station and ends at Pike & Rose. Parts of the neighborhood will be be temporarily closed for the race. In addition to the 10K there will be the ¼ mile and Kids races. Stick around for the post-race party and race celebrations.
