The local communities look forward to these events each year and offer you a great opportunity for brand exposure. By participating, you agree to provide your own candy/treats/giveaways and provide your goodies in an accessible area (outside of store or near front of store). We also encourage you to offer bounce-back coupons and offers.

Ice Rink at Westpost
Starting October 15th, work will begin on the Westpost Plaza to install the full-size outdoor ice skating rink. The 7,200 square foot rink is the largest in Northern, VA and was featured in the Washington Post last year. Click here to see the article.
Restaurants can to continue to utilize the café seating areas throughout the fall and winter months. The Ice Rink Skate Shop will utilize the café seating area impacting Asia Bistro and Nando’s as all previous years. Contact dcmetromarketing@federalrealty.com with any questions.

From 7:30 - 10 pm. There’s no better time to enjoy a movie outdoors than during the Fall Movies On The Plaza series. For a four-week run on Wednesday nights the plaza turns into a cinema hosting featured films from our partnering tenants.
VERONICA BEARD SHOP & STYLE - BETHESDA ROW - 9/21
From 11 am - 2 pm. Join Lindsay Gill and Naina Singla at Veronica Beard for a day of fashion, style, and giving back. Join them for an in-store event where 10% of the proceeds will go towards supporting the Napkin Network.
FITROW DAY OF FITNESS - CONGRESSIONAL PLAZA - 9/23
From 9 am - 3 pm. Break a sweat during one of the 6 outdoors classes from FITRow’s three feature studios and participating influencers and business. Afterwards, cool down with drinks and bites from Taco Bamba and shop sale specials from Athleta, Custom Ink, and more.
NIGHTHAWK BREWERY OKTOBERFEST - WESTPOST - 9/23
From 12 - 4 pm. Raise a stein to the season’s harvest at Nighthawk’s Oktoberfest. Grab new seasonal and signature brews made right at Westpost and take in the changing of the season with friends and family - there’ll be activities for all.

From 12 - 7 pm. Get your kilts ironed, drinking boots on and get ready to party like you have never partied before. The annual festival will host a makers market on Campbell Ave, music, dancers, and more!
PIKETOBERFEST - PIKE & ROSE - 10/1
From 12 - 4 pm. North Bethesda premier fall festival returns for its eighth year of fun, food, and festivities. Join your neighbors in celebrating a tradition at Pike & Rose. Merchant participation forms must be received by 9/22.
MAKERS MARKET – WESTPOST – 10/1

From 12 - 5 pm. The open-air market makes it last appearance this season as 20-plus vendors will takeover the courtyard area to showcase their unique and handmade goods. A DJ will be on-site providing live music as shoppers, dining patrons and passerbyers take in the beautiful fall afternoon in Arlington, VA.

See leading artists nationwide turn Bethesda Row into an outdoor art gallery, featuring juried fine arts and fine crafts. “Art Fair Sourcebook” has recognized the Bethesda Row Arts Festival (BRAF) as one of the top 30 Fine Art Shows in the United States, attracting more than 25,000 art patrons over the two-day event.
LIGHT UP THE VILLAGE - VILLAGE AT SHIRLINGTON - 11/30
