Summer 2021 Campaign Metrics May 2021 - August 2021 Overview: This year’s summer campaign kicked off right before Memorial Day weekend, introducing a new round of creative focused on the idea of treating yourself this summer. We targeted Women 16-60 in the selected areas in the top 50% of household income.

Objectives: Reach shoppers in key areas, driving awareness of shopping centers

Key Results: ● Impressions: 5,069,867 ● CPM: Optimized CPM performance was 365% better than Industry Average ● Unique Reach: 464,691 Frequency: 10.91 (~1/week) ● YOY: 5MM impressions with a CPM that was 80% more Moving forwardthan we will continue to optimize our campaign CTR costs efficient 2020 and diversify our marketing mix to increase overall target audience reach.

Fall 2021 Mid-Campaign Metrics August 26 - September 26 Overview: The fall campaign kicked off with new creative on property and via paid social media at the end of September. We are halfway through the campaign with optimized results similar to summer performance.

As part of our portfolio-wide campaign and in an effort to pivot our activations to appropriately accommodate COVID guidelines, we hosted a Surprise & Delight bubbles activation as part of our “Treat Yourself” campaign, allowing guests to take free bubbles accompanied by bubble chalk art.

An event held in partnership with DC Fray that included live arcade games, interactive painting, a laser background photo booth, and DJ. Attendance was free and encouraged visitors to sip and stroll from our merchants and dine al-fresco as part of the event. ● ● ● ● ● ●

Activations & Experiences POOCH PORTRAITS Village at Shirlington, 8/28

WES ANDERSON MOVIE NIGHTS Westpost, 7/28, 9/8, 9/29, 10/6

Customers were invited to the neighborhood to take one of a kind pics of their furry friends. Set up adjacent to Dogma, attendees checked in and were encouraged to visit The Village until a text was received that there session was ready. We received 100 sign ups (co-promoted via Pooch Portraits and our respective channels) which converted to e-blast subscriptions.

Guests were invited to a series of free Wednesday night screenings of Wes Anderson Films at Westpost. Guests pulled up a chair, grabbed a blanket, and joined us on the plaza to enjoy the weird, wonderful world of Wes Anderson. We received over 500 new registrant emails to add to our customer eblast list from this event, and we saw on average 72 attendees for each movie event.

URBNMARKET POP UP Westpost, 9/11-9/12

The 9th Annual Rockville Arts Festival celebrated outstanding visual artists, live music and cultural performances, and art demonstrations by VisArts’ professional artists with over 140 artists.

URBNmarket, an upscale handmade and vintage market, popped up at Westpost with 14 different artisanal vendors. The event was published in The Patch and ARL Now and supported by a paid media campaign that drew hundreds of visitors.

BUBBLE TEA FESTIVAL Rockville Town Square, 9/25

Little Sesame hosted a dinner on Bethesda Lane as a sneak preview for their opening. Tickets were sold for the event and four tickets were given away in an Instagram contest that reached 2,963 accounts and received 163 entries.

The Rockville Sister City Corporation in conjunction with Rockville Yilan City Corporation held the 3rd Annual Taiwan Bubble Tea Festival at Rockville Town Square. The family friendly event included live bands and other cultural performances and had over 5,000 visitors.
