Federico is an architectural designer and building engineer. His flexible and multidisciplinary approach leads him to investigate the many faces of architecture, with a passion for understanding and managing the big picture of processes. From design to the more technical aspects of construction, he appreciates dynamic and creative working environments, being open to teamwork and contamination with other disciplines. As a design professional, he strives to engage in the challenge of climate change through his dedication to the research and development of resource-efficient architecture and the use of naturally sourced building materials. He follows an approach that is humanistic, technical, and data-driven. Federico investigates architecture using an ever-expanding range of physical and digital tools: hand drawing, digital, three-dimensional BIM modeling, physical modeling skills, and parametric modeling. The tools being means to investigate the imagined architecture. Federico has worked on projects ranging in scope across architecture, engineering, art, and project management: installations, competitions, and residential to large-scale industrial developments. He has developed skills in concept design and development, documentation, graphic presentation, project management, and bamboo architecture.
