SITE RESEARCH
Villa Arconati is a historical villa based on north west of Milan, it has a memorial history and elegant atmosphere, also with a huge area of Landscape, including the Villa, Stable, Lemon House Bars, Hunting Forest. Now the most parts are abandoned or used as an activities holding spaces. Our purpose is to design in a contemporary way to bring the new life to this amazing place.

According to the research and its long history and amazing landscape and natural resource. We decide to build an elderly community in Villa Acronati. And try to find a contemporary way to interact with the old buildings. In order to bring the new alive and functional to this area, which we called METAMORPHISM.

THE RAMP Reconstruction and rehabilitation of the barns are the initial approach for the structure the design will not veer away with the existing architectural aesthetics but will only enhance its function by designing and interior appropriate for the proposed function As this space is intended for several functions that will enhance the physical intellectual and social logical needs of the users, a connecting element is needed thus. The designers created a RAMP to connect the functions and also to symbolise for the universal design approach of the spaces

THE BORGO COMMUNAL KITCHEN The space is designed with respect to the existing structure as the main strategy while addressing the need for a working communal space for the residents and its visitors. The project also aims to promote heritage preservation and socio-cultural exchange through gastronomic experiences. !14
CONCEPT Keep the old structure as the entrance hall, and add the new structure between both old ones. Bring this abandon space a new life.

CULTURE ANALYSE
Bergamo is a historical city near Milan, where the CAMPANINE culture is very impressive. There are 7 towns around Bergamo that maintenance the old campanine culture which gives our project an impressive inspirations.
The different campainine has different materials, which can play different sounds. also the big bell tower and man played bell symphonic music linked tight with local peoples culture and daily life.

SITE ANALYSE
The exhibition site is in the city center of Milan, in the center square of the Lombardia oďŹƒce building. The site size is a square box 30m X 10m.
As a center of CBD in Milan, this square has a lot of daily visitors, which including oďŹƒcers, elders, youth, kids and tourists.

So I would like to make a conclusion to clarify the main advantage of me: 1. 6 years working experience as a project manager in a CrLand （Top level Real Estate Company in China.）Experience with large scale, commercial shopping mall, residential and hospitality projects. 2.
