I'm a total busy freak, I can't sit still which is why I take on so much stuff and consequently get *too* busy too often.. don't worry, I'm not ignoring you, I'm just bad at saying no! I need to start saying no, and start doing less work stuff and more stuff I enojoy. Maybe if I say it often enough I'll listen to myself!!
