At Alabang Town Center, our first store opened its doors

Our very first store opened its doors at Alabang Town Center, a calming and quaint lifestyle mall in Muntinlupa City. “Nothing beats the first time”, they say. And we still remember our humble and fun beginnings here.

Hello, Züny!

Feliix launched our most adorable product collection, Züny. Züny is a home decoration product ranging from bookends, doorstops, and even giants that surely captivated our clients’ hearts with their charming and imaginative character.

Introducing, QisDesign

Feliix introduced QisDesign, a lifestyle brand by the Ben Q Group powerhouse from Taiwan, in the Philippine market for the first time. QisDesign was known to combine innovative technology and sophisticated concept designs to achieve product perfection.

At LRI Design Plaza, our second store opened its doors

Our second store opened its doors at LRI Design Plaza, an art and design hub in Makati City.

Our Feliix Flagship Store at Shangri-La at the Fort, Manila was awarded by the prestigious recognition bodies of Red Dot Design Award, Good Design, and iF Design Award for Interior Design for Shop & Public Space in 2017.

Philippine International Furniture Show 2019

We started exhibiting at the Philippine International Furniture Show to showcase our Xcellent and Zuny products. Our booth was always designed by Wataru Sakuma and we even won the PIFS Design Award for Visual Merchandising in 2019.

Our Directors & Managers

Kristel Tan 「 Managing Director 」

Kristel Tan, UAP is an Architecture graduate of the University of Santo Tomas in Manila. She has been in the industry of design and project consultancy for more than a decade, handling diverse projects and clients. She also has experience in retail operations, design, and client relations in her previous endeavors. Her wide expertise was the key factor in improving the lighting and systems furniture brand of Feliix.

Dr. Dennis Lin 「 Chief Advisor 」

Dennis Lin received his Ph.D. in Information Management from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. He published 8 articles in international academic journals and has been in the industry of computer science and data analysis for 10 years. With his experience and knowledge, digital transformation has been gradually introduced into Feliix to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of standard operating procedures.

Ariel Lin 「 Supply Chain Manager 」

Ariel Lin is a graduate of National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan with a bachelor’s degree major in Foreign Languages and Literature. She has worked for Nike as a costing manager for 14 years. She is well-experienced in cost control and supplier management, manufacturing, and supply chain problem solving.

Nestor Rosales 「 Lighting Manager / Lighting Consultant 」

Nestor Rosales has a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Manuel L. Quezon University/Adamson University in Manila. He has been in the lighting industry for more than 12 years. He worked as a Project Lighting Designer at LuxLight Pte. Ltd. and Lighting Images Pte. Ltd., both located in Singapore for 6 years. His experiences in lighting design have led Feliix to work on the biggest clients and opportunities of the company.

Johmar Maximo 「 Systems Furniture Manager 」

Johmar Maximo is an Architecture graduate of Manuel L. Quezon University in Manila. He has more than 15 years of competency in designing, layout, fabrication, construction, and project management. He worked as a Design Manager in the country’s biggest department store chain, and as a Store Planning Manager and Design and Development Manager in the country’s leading eyewear brand distributor and health retailer respectively.

Elizabeth Eisma, REE 「 Engineering Department Manager 」

Elizabeth Eisma is a B.S. Electrical Engineering graduate from Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University in La Union, Philippines. She has worked for Schneider Electric Philippines as Quality Engineer before moving to architectural lighting supply and design. She has been in the lighting industry for 6 years and her expertise led her to become the Engineering Department Manager of Feliix.

With over 2,000 high-end and economical products from over 20 brands in Taiwan, Feliix Lighting offers a wide-ranging collection of products that can cover all your lighting needs.

Our Process

Presentation Simulation & Analysis

We meet our clients for formal introduction and present past successful projects. We propose a comprehensive line of efficient lighting products from renowned brands in Taiwan and initiate a professional and costefficient process.

Provided with floor plans and other important information, we render lighting simulations of actual building and interior structures for the best assessment possible and achieve practical choices and outcomes.

At Feliix Lighting, we extend our support and make it out of our way to ascertain that each and every project we handle is perfect. We take full responsibility and accountability return two-fold for our client’s satisfaction.

Delivery & Installation

Once the layout studies and quotations are approved, we move on to the delivery and installation. Our very own architects, technicians, and sales executives oversee this phase to ensure and establish an on time distribution and fitting of our products.

After-Service

Up until the final stages, we guarantee to deliver immediate and best solutions should there be any problems encountered with our products. This is our way to make sure that our clients will have the most wonderful experience working with us.

DE

LA SALLE UNIVERSITY

UNIVERSITY MANILA

One of our newest and biggest projects to date is the De La Salle University in the City of Manila. We designed the lighting for its façade where we proposed and installed multitude RGBW fixtures imported from Taiwan. We can program to run a series of “light performances”, synced with the university’s alma mater and other numerous themed programs.

THE GLOBE

Aidea Bonifacio Global City Designer: Location:

TOWER

Fresh, cozy interiors accentuated by spots of vibrant colors are the ideal workspace of one of the largest telecommunications provider in the country, Globe Telecom. We worked with architecture firm, Aidea, to refresh the interiors of The Globe Tower in Bonifacio Global City. We supplied numerous custom-made decorative lighting products developed and made in Taiwan exclusively for this project. We also provided architectural lighting fixtures such as strip lights, directional lights, and downlights to modernize the overall look of Globe Telecom’s headquarters.

EXPERIENCE CENTER

One of our newest and biggest projects is the Smart Experience Center at the Smart Tower in Makati City. The key highlight of the project was the expansive and customized overhead RGBW panel light that enhances the overall visual experience inside the showroom. Highgrade track lighting, downlights, and Xcellent decorative suspension lights were also installed throughout the dedicated floor of the exhibit, including the office rooms and the auditorium.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Habulan & Ngo Design Studio (HANDS) Quezon City Designer: Location:

TECHNOLOGY COMPANY

We have done a project for a Philippine-based information technology company located in Eastwood City, Quezon City. With the company’s concept of an immersive work+play office environment, we provided several kinds of lighting products that suit this idea. Collaborating with the award-winning architecture design firm, Habulan & Ngo Design Studio, we installed strip lights for intersecting cove lighting in the conference hall, panel lights in the reception area, and downlights in the lobby. One of the highlights of the project was the customized-cut recessed linear lights in the mezzanine and main work areas that inspire convergence and movement.

CLARK PARADE

Feliix Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga

PARADE GROUNDS

In preparation for the 2019 Southeast Asian Games, Feliix worked with Clark Development Corporation for the enhancement of the 23-hectare Clark Parade Grounds. Located at Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga, the Clark Parade Grounds is an open sporting field that features a rubberized running path encircling the expansive football grounds. Feliix proposed the lighting layout and provided numerous high-grade surface-mounted lighting fixtures imported from Taiwan. With warm white and programmable RGBW lighting installations, the parade grounds’ towering trees glow in multi-color ways at night, rendering the whole park in a new vivid experience.

SAINT JOSEPH THE

Feliix Cainta, Rizal Designer: Location:

THE WORKER PARISH

We provided the lighting fixtures for the newly constructed Saint Joseph the Worker Parish in Cainta, Rizal. Our in-house lighting team proposed the lighting design and simulation to address the ambience and lux levels needed for the 9-meter high ceiling. We also proposed wall-mounted lights and uplights situated along the façade and bell tower; cove lighting and uplights to highlight the curved ceiling; recessed lights in the church’s interior, and track lights and more uplights inside the prayer room and at the main altar of the parish.

Aidea Makati City

TRIANGLE GARDENS

We provided several decorative suspension lights for Bank of the Philippine Islands at Ayala Triangle Gardens, Makati City. These decorative suspension lights are products of Xcellent and QisDesign, both an innovative industrial design companies from Taiwan. Flight suspension lights were installed along the hallway of the office while a modified Coral 16 suspension lights were placed in the reception area of the bank. Both Flight and Coral 16 are efficient and elegant LED lights which give a new sense of experience in the interior space of the banking institution.

ESTANCIA

We fitted out several Flight suspension lamps for the SM Store Estancia, a new and inviting upscale mall at Capitol Commons in Pasig City. Flight is an LED decorative suspension lamp that adorned the department store with its beautiful imaginative forms and soft eye-catching brilliance.

Headroom Ayala Malls Manila Bay, Parañaque City Designer: Location:

PROJECTS

Collaborating with architecture firm, Headroom, we worked on the newest branch of Qach, a garden lifestyle shop, at Ayala Malls Manila Bay. We provided several panel lights with high color rendering index to achieve a sense of natural daylight within the store. Track lights were also installed to give plants ample illumination, while strip lights were placed behind the wall shelves for accent lights. All lighting fixtures we supplied were based on the layout plan we also recommended to carry out a breathable and pleasant space for both the plants and Qach’s clients.

2&B Design Studio Power Plant Mall, Makati City Designer: Location:

Located at Power Plant Mall, we provided the store of Real Food with indoor general lights. Initially, we conducted mock-up of the fixtures to help our client visualize the end result of our project. Varying brands of the fixtures imported from Taiwan were used to address client’s budget plans, enabling us to achieve the desired output of the client without relying on highly priced fixtures. The client was pleased with our mock-up services, quality of products, and our seamless transaction.

Feliix SystemsFurniture is composed of architects and interior designers and serves as the systems furniture department of Feliix. Feliix SystemsFurniture offers a wide range of office furniture that is affordable, modular, and made with durable materials. Our products range from office chairs, storages, workstations, tables, and partitions—all with materials imported from Taiwan.

Our Process

Planning & Presentation

After learning what our clients want, we work with interior designers and architects to achieve what they pursue. We present several proposals such as layouts and 3D image renderings to provide our clients an understandable visualization of how our products work and what it would look like in their workspaces.

Development & Production

After the proposals have been approved, we move on to the development of our products and its production. Our products are developed and manufactured based on our client’s needs and specifications using high-grade materials imported from Taiwan.

At Feliix SystemsFurniture, we provide high quality and durable products and deliver smart furnishing solutions to commercial, institutional, and private sectors. We aim to achieve our client’s vision and create inspiring workplaces.

Delivery & Installation

Once all our products have been manufactured, our very own managers and architects supervise the delivery and installation of our products. We maintain our promise to complete this final phase of our service on schedule to make sure that we give nothing but the best.

After-Service

Up until the final stages, we guarantee to deliver immediate and best solutions should there be any problems encountered with our products. This is our way to make certain that our clients will have the most wonderful experience working with us.

Our Manufacturing Partner

With over 20 years of experience in product development, our manufacturing partner has produced numerous reliable and outstanding products within a given lead time. 91% of our product materials are imported from Taiwan. The materials are then locally assembled at our manufacturing partner in Central Luzon.

HCX TECHNOLGY

Idr. Ardel Claveria-Chua Bonifacio Global City Designer:

TECHNOLGY PARTNERS

Located at the heart of Bonifacio Global City, we helped in the space planning and conceptualization of a 900-square meter. BPO company office. We collaborated closely with the interior designer and architects who worked on constructing and designing the office space. We developed, customized and manufactured the workstations, conference tables, and other furniture systems of the company, and delivered and installed the final products. Our very own in-house designers and architect observed utmost supervision throughout the development of this project.

Matmallillin Engineering Design & Construction / De Sueño Concepts Makati City Designer: Location:

PROJECTS

At SGV in Makati City, a multidisciplinary professional services company, we installed workstations and executive and conference tables for the company’s recent expansion. With a simple woodgrain laminate finish tabletops, off-white powder coat legs and frosted glass partitions, a crowded working space still looks spacious with this table designs. Additionally, we also provided dozens of mobile and lateral storage systems. Even with limited working hours during the GCQ period, our technicians and architects managed to commit to this project professionally and complete it on schedule.

PROJECTS

We provided the office tables for the headquarters of GCash in Bonifacio Global City. We produced numerous office tables with white laminate finish tabletops and beige powder coated legs for clean, simple design. These office tables are locally manufactured and are sure to have the best durability and practicality. We delivered and installed our products on time with the schedule we committed to our client.

SILVERDAB

SILVERDAB

We provided architecture firm, Silverdab, office tables, workstations, glass partitions, suspension lights, linear lights, downlights, and track lights for their new headquarters in Quezon City. The warm white illumination of our lighting fixtures and the wood-laminated tabletops and charcoal grey partitions of our office furniture products completes the whole industrial-brutalist interior space of Silverdab’s headquarters. We also delivered our very own prestigious marble table brand, Reunion, for the executive office’s meeting table.

HOTEL OKURA

OKURA MANILA

We delivered and installed numerous units of storage racks and glass cabinets at Hotel Okura Manila, a well-known Japanese hotel chain in the world, in Newport City, Pasay City. Our storage systems offer perfect solution in organizing and securing large quantities of items and materials, not to mention that it’s modular, customizable and efficient to suit every storing need.

Located at the Philippine Stock Exchange tower at Bonifacio Global City, we supplied the office chairs for a private securities company. With our office chairs imported from Taiwan, our products are guaranteed to have the best durability and carry a well-designed look to suit any working environment. Here, our chairs give depth and complements the clean white office space while still adding a stylistic, comfortable feature.

The Feliix Flagship Store is a 170-square meter showroom that stands in one of the most luxurious hotel chains in the world.

Located at Shangri-La at the Fort, Manila, the Feliix Flagship Store is an honor of Reddot Design Awards, Good Design Awards and iF Design Awards in 2017 for Interior Design for Shop & Public Space.
