PATH OF THE BLIND NEO PAVILION The pavilion proposes a path through which the user has the experience of the perception of architecture about blindness. Through this path, the individual goes through the difficulty of vision, where light is gradually less present. Linearity represents this process, which in its extension, forms a knot, as well as the sensations and feelings mixture in this course. Along the way, models with braille panels are exhibited, telling the story of Brasilia’s modern architecture. The pavilion is not only a project for the blind or those who see; intentional and specific experiences are provided for each audience. The project is carried out in a modular structure composed of elements that can be disassembled and transported to another terrain, providing the possibility of disseminating this concept and thought. Also, materials of easy manufacture and low cost were chosen, facilitating the construction of the pavilion in cities or areas with fewer resources. Different exhibition techniques were designed in each planned environment and space, such as models, tactile panels, sculptures, and the use of the Montessori teaching method for the children’s playful environment. All these are aimed at the best diversity of perception for the blind.

The importance of this project is beyond the creation of an exhibition; it is in the change of thought about the way of doing architecture today. In addition to becoming more inclusive, architecture becomes more quality becoming more complex in its integration of aspects considered fundamental as flows, textures, and programs resolution.
