EZ PAWN : General win 8/8.1 Reset Guide by Travis Snow & Felix Ortiz
While these steps are universal to mostly every make and model there may be some variation to the words used or the steps. Any questions please let us know.
1. Move the mouse to the bottom right corner to initialize the charm bar.
**** If you are using a touch screen, you need to swipe in from the right edge of your screen to initialize the charm bar. ****
2. Click "Settings"
3. Click Change “PC” Settings
4. Click [General] then select Remove everything and RESET YOUR PC {may be a slightly different phrase/ wording depending on manufacturer ex REMOVE EVERYTHING & REINSTALL WINDOWS}
*** If the operating system is "Windows 8.1", please click UPDATE & RECOVERY then select [Remove everything and reinstall Windows] ****
5. Click “Get Started “
*** ONLY IF COMPUTER HAS MULTIPLE {MORE THAN 1} DRIVES ***
- Select the drives which you want to remove.

Select Only the drive where Windows is installed : Only remove the files in the driver where WINDOWS is INSTALLED
- All drivers : Remove all files in the drivers.
6. Select option to FULLY CLEAN DRIVE
7. Follow prompts to RESET your PC
8. CONGRATS YOU’VE CLEANED OUT THE DRIVE!!!
