II’m a big fan of the change in sseasons. While I’m hard p pressed to pick my favourite – each one pulls at my heart sstrings in a different way – I d do love l the h opportunity autumn offers to spend more time indoors. It’s an invitation to restyle shelves, change up my gallery wall, and tinker with furniture positioning! The darker evenings mean my fireplace is lined with flickering candles, and I’ve always got a blanket (or two!) to hand for a cosy Netflix binge. This November marks a year since we’ve been in our home. Making it our own is a slow process, and the decorating wish list is still long. But while I may get a tad frustrated that we haven’t achieved more in the last 12 months, I shall remind myself (once again) there’s no rush. What matters most is I can’t imagine anywhere else feeling like home.
