YOU NEED 3 frozen bananas 2-3 tsp blue spirulina powder Splash of coconut milk 3 blackberries Toppings: Granola bars (vegan) Figs Peaches Chia seeds Blueberries
METHOD Put the frozen bananas, coconut milk and 1-2 tsp blue spirulina powder in your blender and blend until smooth. Scoop half of the mixture and place in a bowl now add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until well combined. Place in your bowl, add the toppings and enjoy.

YOU NEED Pink smoothie layer: 2 Frozen banans 2/3 Cup frozen pineapple 1 Pack frozen pink pitaya pulp (powder and fresh work as well) Splash of coconut milk Blue smoothie layer: 2 Frozen bananas 1/2 Cup frozen mango Splash of coconut milk 1 Tsp blue spirulina powder Toppings: Granola bars (vegan) Chocolate chips Blackberries Blueberries
METHOD Prepare two smoothie layers separately by placing the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Combine them in a bowl and enjoy!
YOU NEED For Peanut Butter 2 Frozen bananas 1-2 Tsp peanut butter Splash of hemp milk
: For Berry Layer: 1 Frozen banana 1 Cup frozen raspberries 3 Frozen strawberries Splash of oat milk ¼ Tsp vanilla extract
METHOD Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, scoop in a bowl and then prepare the second layer using the same method.
