Letter From the Publisher

Greetings, Pat yourself on the back, Moms and Dads. We survived almost a month of back to school. Now that you have settled into a school routine, you might be looking for an activity for your child after school or on the weekends. Almost ten years ago, I was pregnant with my son, and I am actually kind of jealous of what is available to new moms to be now! From new baby gear to beautiful Lilly Pulitzer birthing suites at Good Samaritan, none of that was around when I had my son. It almost makes me want to have a baby again... Ok, not quite because I do enjoy sleeping through the night now. Speaking of not sleeping through the night - Rachel Da Silva, local maternity nurse and baby expert from Mommy Did You Know, has written a great article on how to get through those rough nights with a newborn. It may have been over a decade for me, but I still remember them well. I wish I had this information then.

Thank you to all the moms and babies, toddlers in strollers that came out to the Stroller Daze event at the South Florida Science Center and Aquarium. It was so lovely to meet you all — what a fun morning. Keep an eye out for our next date in Spring 2022.
