25 Things to Do Before Your Baby is Born
to sleep is when they are drowsy but awake. Slowly they will learn how to self-sooth and sleep independently.
One good rule of thumb is to try to put them down to settle when you can still see the whites of their eyes. Your baby should know where they are when they fall asleep. This way, if they wake up at night they will not be frightened wondering where they are.
Tip #4: Have Adequate Daytime Feeding
Lastly and highly overlooked, is to have adequate daytime feedings. Missed feedings during the day often means making up for it at night! Making sure your baby is eating well during the day can save you a lot of sleepless nights!
