Introducing Fastlink Wire Joiners and Fence Enders from Bayonet

Our new Fastlink Wire Joiners provide a high quality, long lasting joining solution that can be tensioned using the Bayonet Fastlink Tensioning Tool, re-tensioned at a later date, or even re-used. With a release key supplied in every pack, our Fastlink Wire Joiners can be removed from the wire, this makes it super easy when you haven’t quite positioned the joiner where you want it. The internal galvanised steel rollers grip wire from 1.8mm through to 3.2mm in diameter, providing plenty of versatility job dependant and stainless steel internal springs provide excellent corrosion resistance. If you are installing a product such as Bayonet’s new prefabricated Kiwi Knot Horse Fence with limited space between the vertical pickets, these are an excellent solution to save time and effort for a fast-joining method.

Tensioning the Fastlink Wire Joiners can be done with our Fastlink Tensioning Tool – a quality contractor grade tool designed to be used on a daily basis. Delivering a 10:1 mechanical advantage, 400kg can be generated, making a 150kg strain on your line wire nice and easy. A quick release jaw and Fastlink Joiner head designed to accommodate other wire joiner brands, makes it a versatile and easy tool to use.

Tying off at a termination or strainer can also have its challenges, particularly when using prefabricated products. Our new Fastlink Fence Ender can solve these issues rapidly. Designed for use with wire from 1.8mm to 3.2mm in diameter, they will easily accommodate most termination scenarios. The Fastlink Fence Ender is essentially half a Wire Joiner with a hook on the bottom. By pushing your line wire into the top half, it locks the Fence Ender onto your wire, from here you wrap the Fence Ender around your strainer and clip it back onto the same wire to create the termination. Manufactured with an internal galvanised steel roller, stainless steel spring, and stainless steel clip mechanism, our Fence Enders are designed to give long lasting life on the fence line. We haven’t forgotten about those instances where the Fence Ender is located in the wrong place either, Fence Enders have the same unlock functionality that our Wire Joiners do, simply insert the release key (supplied in every pack) and the Fence Ender can easily be removed or repositioned on the wire. These are a great product where erection speed is required at termination, eliminating the requirement to tie off the wire with a knot. We have been using them with prefabricated fence projects, particularly on the bottom couple of line wires where space is tight, or under the stay where there isn’t room to tie and wrap the line wire.
