SYNOPSIS: “OUTsideIN” follows the fluidity between the outside environment and the inside world. Through locations and architecture we explore the aura of the natural and manmade environments.

SYNOPSIS: 5 young women exploring the aspects of feminism and discrimination as a theme for our dance film. Be ready to be taken back in time to the 1940s with the stylised twist of black& white film, we have given a modern twist of urban costumes and involvement of contemporary dance however focussing on the influence of empowering women and well known feminist propaganda poster of Rosie the Riveter.

SYNOPSIS: Nostalgia: ‘a sentimental longing or wistful affection for a period in the past’. “I was overcome with acute nostalgia for my days at university”’ We all have those memories that will stay with us forever, the ones that put a smile on our faces, or that make us tear up. Everyone will feel nostalgia at some point in their lives.
“THE UNKNOWN” by Masked

SYNOPSIS: An abstract piece about a blank mask which potentially anybody could be wearing. The piece is set in a busy town and locations that are unknown. The focus is on different people each time. Each performer’s identity is hidden away from the camera and the audience.

SYNOPSIS: Letting go is hard, but sometimes holding on is harder. Follow the journey of four girls who are struggling with the troubled memories of their pasts which are made that bit easier. They find release through dance and create new relationships with each other. Deciding when to let go of the past is the most difficult decision of all… so when will you?
