Make it a summer to remember with a Spicy Blood Orange Margarita
Put the piquant cocktail salt on a small plate. Run the lime wedge around the rim of the martini glass. Dip the top of the glass into the salt blend. Add ice cubes to your glass and set aside.
Piquant(optional)flamingcocktail salt (or make your own)
45LiqueurmlBlanco or Silver Tequila
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in Blood Orange Liqueur, blood orange juice, tequila, agave nectar and vanilla extract (if using). Shake, shake, shake for 30 seconds.
Strain over ice in the salt-rimmed Fenton & Fenton Martini Glass Garnish

Finish and garnish with 2-4 jalapeño slices, depending how spicy you like it and garnish with thinly sliced blood orange. Saluti!

2 cups watermelon cubed
1 punnet cherry tomatoes, 200halvedgm smooth and creamy fetta, cubed Kalamata olives
Serve on our Resin Sunseeker Platter in Coconut or Pomegranate. Dress
3-4 Lebanese cucumbers, peeled and cubed
Freshly ground black pepper
3 tbs red wine vinegar
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
INGREDIENTS
Mix oil, vinegar, sea salt and cracked pepper and drizzle over salad, scattering chopped fresh herbs.
Get chopping, ensuring you chop the cubes of fruit, cucumber and feta into similar sized pieces.
2 tbs fresh herbs – we used mint and lemon thyme
¼ tsp sea salt
2 cups melon cubed (honeydew or cantaloupe)
