INGRAVITY BIB SHORTS SEAMLESS INNOVATIVE “ENVELOPING” PATTERN: * Before the stitching process, it is only ONE fabric piece. It just need 1 cut on the machine. FASTER We also have made matching the main enclosing shorts stitching line with chamois stitching line. * It improve the fitting for different bodies: With the right fabric -gradual compression and other properties - this seamless garment settles as a compressive body stocking which adapts to the shape betters than another because has not traditional “pattern stitching limitation” but a shape structure that permits to the fabric works better stretching more where the body need * Fabric -Italy made- is made with a couple of properties that rise the article to a reply innovative fabric: it has a texture and visible treatment that distribute the compression gradually. Also on legs ending cuff, the fabric includes a rubber threat hat avoid stitch the traditional gripper band on ending cuff. So we improve again here, with a more more comfortable shorts and better gripper. * Bibs 300g w/ flat structure: really firm and with a very agreeable sensation to the touch. The back using an ultralight mesh of 80g. The hole bib piece is quite minimal and the garment in total gets a super lightweight. Most of seemliness has been removed, we got a so good and professional product that we included a last piece “a sash” in order to make a bit more complex composition to make more easy appreciate how good is this garment. * GreenLime chamois -EU fabrication,- belong to a new company working in sustainability and more Eco product concept. The chamois has a special treatment of RESILENCE that increase the feeling of 120kg to 135kg, but still light and breathable as 120kg. Bio Ceramic yarn for ending layer, the chamois in front is ended with a cup shape with a different fabric to improve that genital area. * INTO THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS, we have developed this together with the factory with a target; maintain general cost. Details and fabric are more expensive than standards, but thanks to the innovative pattern, the stitching process is quite more fast, so we really get a revolutionary cycling garment. * INTO THE DESING OPTIONS, as you can see, we sublimate everything with a great result. Fabrics bring very well the colours and passes easily the high standard needed to the pilling or friction with the saddle.
