LOCAL COMMITTEE PRESIDENT JOB DESCRIPTION LCP is the first Leader for all functions and actions in the LC and has to ensure that the LC is operating according to the AIESEC identity. LCP is the speaker of AIESEC UL ahead the National entity in Togo and has the signatory authority.

Strategic direction and sustainable development of LC
Organizational structure – revision and development
Shaping the organizational culture and identity in the LC– support its development according to LC needs and AIESEC values
